3rd time they forgot to give me ranch,b-b-q souce ! Im tired of this issue over and over. Manager Ryan offered me a refund from Uber eats ....but it's not about a refund!!!! I don't need it. I need my souces with food. Teach your stuff properly to prepare the orders.

Says they're 24 hours yet they have cones blocking their drive's off and if you drive around their staff looks at you and doesn't even acknowledge the fact that you're in the drive thru or says that they're closed And all the menu boards were updated for breakfast and even did their stupid would you like to use her mobile app today speech so I will be marking you guys as temporarily closed and you're no longer 24 hours because you're not 24 hours 24 hours means you're 24 hours service no bullshit won't be coming back again

Horrible service. I went through the drive-thru to pick up my mobile order 10 minutes after I ordered. They had not even started my order so I parked and went inside.(I've been to this location only twice and both times they hadn't even started my order by the time I arrived) Waited 10 minutes for my order which I still had not received. Had to go back to work so I left without my lunch. I'm going to have to dispute the charges with my bank as they did not refund me.

I asked multiple staff for corporate number and store manager and they wouldnt give it to me the lady I had a problem with through her hand at me and said Im not giving you store manager I asked other staff they ignored me I tried talking to the manager her she looked and walked away. They was like you ppl always come in here with problem. I told them my mother fish filet meal can not touch my chicken nugget meal and they wasnt listening they was yelling its fresh its fresh so when she remade my order she gave me fish and was like you asked for fresh and Im like no I didnt I asked for my chicken nugget meal to be remade over for allergy reason she was laughing with the girl next to her and said you was yelling at me I said because you not listening and act like yoyr Just listening to respond. Im severely allergic to seafood and Im stating that and she and the women behind the counter laughing like thats not no joking matter. Told em I always give them problems instead of owning up to there wrong when they are kissing items or stuff is cold if I payed my money I should get my food the way its supposed to be so why work in a fast food place if you have zero customers service and made when your staff make an mistake . The lady came to the sec window rude like you have to pay and we paid like they already had an attitude from the jump. Which I dont know why. I asked server if I could trade pop for small coffee, he said yes. But Manager Fernando came to hand me my order almost throwing it at me, handing me pop not coffee! He said I couldn’t have the coffee instead of the pop because it was a móvil order! He was very very rude and had a very angry face. I don’t know why McDonalds has employees like him. That McDonals drive thru use to be very busy, now there’s hardly any customers. I use to wonder why, now I know why!! Bad service and rude Manager Fernando!! This McDonalds is going to end up losing all the overnight customers!!
Highest priced McDonald's in the area by far. Ridiculous concept to claim and force people to use the app so they can cut even more jobs.

I go here sometimes, usually later at night/early morning. It has everything you would expect from a McDonald's, in terms of food and facilities, they almost never mess up an order, and the food is always reasonably fresh. I've never had a cold chicken nugget or hard bun here. My only complaints are that they put too much salt on the fries, and that the dining room isn't open the same hours the drive through is.
Parking: Plenty of normal and disabled parking along side the online order pickup parking.
Wheelchair accessibility: Fully ADA compliant from parking to restrooms.
