I ordered a large caramel Frappuccino and waited at the drive-thru window for 5 minutes. I saw the workers making my Frappuccino, but minutes later she came back with a hot coffee, saying they don’t have Frappuccinos because the machine is broken. I asked for a refund, and they asked me to wait another 10 minutes at the next window. Worst experience at a McDonald’s—would’ve given 0 stars if I could.

Ordered online and set to pick up the food at the counter and I arrived just 5 minutes after I ordered. When I arrived my food was not ready no problem I wait and wait in total I waited 30+ minutes standing right at the counter no one asked what I was waiting for at this point I had to ask what is taking so long and the employee then went back and got my order it was already done but for some reason not put on the counter or announced if I was there to pick it up they just said they where waiting for me. what? I was standing there for 30 minutes maybe ask if I was there for a order? of course the food was all cold and drinks water downed but I Just had to leave with how frustrating this whole situation was.

Have tried coming here twice on my lunch place the order online sonit can be ready when i get there and i wait the full 30 minutes for my food and have to go back to work no food and out the 20 bucks now from both trips wouldnt come here unless you have time to wait. Its also incredibly difficult to get a refund on online orders

Ever since the O’Keefe family took over this location has gone south. Prices and wait time have gone up, quality has gone down. I purposely stopped going to the McDonald’s on North and Bloomingdale solely because it is owned by the O’Keefe family and I would only ever have problems at that location. Nothing is sacred to this money hungry family. Choose a different location the prices here are too high for the quality and service they give.

Ordered on the app. Pulled up to the drive through and clicked I have already arrived, few seconds later it says the order was cancelled. Noone could help inside they said sometimes the app does this. I ordered it again thinking it will work, nope didn't work. Contact McDonald's Corp, they gave me a copy and paste BS we are sorry without addressing the issues. The store management emails me, same thing, we are sorry, but never acknowledged the issue or problem to be resolved. Horrible franchise owner whoever owns this location!
Everything about this McDonald’s is Terrible. The management just sits there and laughs instead of getting orders done. It’s dirty. Everyone who works there is slow. Do your self a favor and go down the street a mile and get better service

It's McDonald's! But you stand at the register waiting to order and people just walk by and look at you. The food was slow slow to come out and kids running and destroying the dining area . Nothing said at all. This is a restaurant not a teenagers hang out
