This store is the worst. Orders are placed delivery is set, then they cancel the order 30 AFTER it’s supposed to be delivered. Call the store they don’t answer the phone. Deal with corporate and they say they can’t do anything and have to wait 3-5 days for refund. Will never order from this company again.

This location both prints recipes, and displays a tip option on the terminal screen after you’ve already paid online and come to pick it up. They do this to try and get a tip, even if you’ve already denied adding it when you originally paid. I know this because I have worked at another location and this is the technique the in store employees would use. Not cool. Also, the service is not great to begin with!

The Pizza Hut location has many bad reviews, which is not a good sign. Customers say that the staff does not respect them, especially a big female at the front who is rude and unhygienic. She hardly speaks English, making it hard for customers to communicate. I would not recommend this Pizza Hut to anyone. It’s better to avoid this place to prevent any stomach issues or bad experiences. There are better options for pizza nearby.

The pizza guy is absolutely horrendous. They are very unsanitary, unhygienic, and overall the worse Pizza Hut ever! The employees were making pizzas without using gloves. The lady in front also kept sneezing and handling cash and making pizzas without washing her hands. Nasty, disgusting, and the worst! Beware before going here!

After getting an email that my pizza was ready, I headed over to this location to pick it up. Once I arrive, I kid you not, there was a line going around the back. Come to find out there was a promotion going on and there was a 2 hour wait. There were only 2 people working. This location is mismanaged and it would be better if you stay away. I received my pizza 2.5 hours later!

I was shocked by the lack of basic food safety at this establishment. The manager was handling cash, talking on the phone, and making pizzas — all without washing her hands even once. I understand being short-staffed, but that should never come at the expense of hygiene. Food safety isn’t optional, and what I witnessed was unacceptable.
