Terrible food, our breadsticks were black! The pizza crust had hardened balls of what I hope was flour. Terrible all the way around.
Service is horrible. The can’t seem to be able to get a handle of things when it’s busy. Waited over an hour in the store to be told to leave and take our money back.

I called in an order and it was very painful. Person on phone was not on the premises and kept putting me on hold. She had a very heavy accent and hardly understood what she was saying. I wanted to pick up my order at a certain time but said sorry it is already in the oven. ?♀️ really?? Never calling it in again.
I’m a long time patron of this location. New management and team are friendly, pizza continues to be timely and fantastic. Store has been cleaned up and you can really notice the change. Wish new team all the best!
Store manager is terrible at customer service. Very rude and nasty! Ask for Becca she’s great.

I have ordered about couple of weeks ago directly calling Pizza Hut for delivery, and I got wrong order delivered by Grubhub driver. So I called right a away and the lady manager said she is sorry and will refund my charge back. It is Oct 8th today and haven't received my refund yet? I tried calling several times and no one answers the phone now. Will never go back again!

Watch out if u ask for extra sauce the workers will act like it’s coming out of their own pockets or like ur taking food from their own kids mouth. Needs new workers. A lot of people have had similar experiences.
