Rosati's Pizza of Carol Stream on Hiawatha

I ordered 14 inch cheese and sausage and 19 wings the pizza was burnt and disgusting and the wings were over cooked and dried up I spent 50 dollars for the worst wings and pizza Mmmy wife and I ever had we will never order from there again and I will make sure to tell everyone I know to never go there completely disgusting

Ordered pizza last night because my neighbor ordered it before and I tried it and it was good now it was supposed to be ground beef, onions, tomatoes, and mushrooms on the pizza. However, the pizza I got it was delicious. I'm not saying it wasn't but something seemed off. The meat that was on the pizza did not seem like ground beef instead, it seemed like maybe steak hamburger patties maybe some kind of sausage I'm not sure what it is that they put on the pizza call me crazy but that just doesn't look like ground beef. I called down there to try to let the manager know that maybe somebody made a mistake and he was very rude to me and his name is Imron. He assured me he's been in the business over 30 years and he could guarantee me that nobody would make that mistake. OK that's fine so I posted the pictures here below now tell me that this looks like ground beef it doesn't and I even posted my receipt to show that this was a valid purchase made yesterday highly disappointed, considering I order from them quite often and then was told by Imron the manager that he would refund the $2.50 that it cost for the ground beef that's not what I called for again. I told him the pizza taste good. I just thought the meat looked weird and didn't look like ground beef. Imran is highly unprofessional and for someone who's been in the game for over 30 years. He really needs to take a course on Customer Service instead of brushing off customer concerns

I ordered a pizza for delivery today. I ordered a thin crust pizza. The pizza I received was thick dough and burnt from the edges but gooey from the middle. My family and I tried to eat a couple slices but we just couldn’t handle how terrible the pizza was made. I called Rosatis and the people on the phone were giving me the run around and acting very childish not knowing how to handle the situation. They said they were going to send out another pizza and the pizza never came. I am very disappointed with how this location made their pizza and handled the situation. I will not be ordering from this location anymore.

Pizza was great but the wings.... the wings were fried so hard it hurt to chew. No flavor. No salt. No pepper. Nothing. You NEED ranch to help soften it up to chew. I had my food delivered and the service was fast and the driver was friendly. I'd order pizza but never again the wings.

I Have photos of the employee who tried throwing a whole 14 inch to A customer He was bald and very disrespectful who had a bi polar moment i don’t recomend this rosatis at all. He touch the pizza and they wouldn’t give a refund

The pizza I ordered was terrible! It was super dry with a burned crust, very little sauce and scant cheese, if any. This was the first time at this location and it will be my last time. I will make the trip further down to the Rosati's off of Geneva Road, which is much better. I give this place a big thumbs down.

I guess that's what happens when you got 3 kids working the register/ counter on their phones goofing around.

my family & i have been coming here for years. we decided to order from here for father’s day. as i’m eating i felt something poke my tongue, turned out to be a staple.. as i’m continuing to eat i feel/find another staple. i call to speak to the manager who seemed very unaware on what was happening, he then says its new management/new owner so stuffs
being moved around in the restaurant, still don’t know how staples gets into pizza… this was a very unexpected/unnecessary experience for myself. hope this type of incident won’t happen again.
