Rosati's Pizza of Carol Stream on Hiawatha

Pizza was great but the wings.... the wings were fried so hard it hurt to chew. No flavor. No salt. No pepper. Nothing. You NEED ranch to help soften it up to chew. I had my food delivered and the service was fast and the driver was friendly. I'd order pizza but never again the wings.

The pizza I ordered was terrible! It was super dry with a burned crust, very little sauce and scant cheese, if any. This was the first time at this location and it will be my last time. I will make the trip further down to the Rosati's off of Geneva Road, which is much better. I give this place a big thumbs down.

This place messes up simple orders.

I guess that's what happens when you got 3 kids working the register/ counter on their phones goofing around.

my family & i have been coming here for years. we decided to order from here for father’s day. as i’m eating i felt something poke my tongue, turned out to be a staple.. as i’m continuing to eat i feel/find another staple. i call to speak to the manager who seemed very unaware on what was happening, he then says its new management/new owner so stuffs
being moved around in the restaurant, still don’t know how staples gets into pizza… this was a very unexpected/unnecessary experience for myself. hope this type of incident won’t happen again.

I got one for myself and my uncle, and not only were they different sizes, but they weren’t even tasty! Or hot!!

A slice of pizza is $1 in NY. Maybe you guys can’t do that. But, that slice tasted like you should. I’m disappointed. Do better!

There is new management and they have changed the food, and not in a good way. I have been a customer for 40 years. Ordering multiple times per month. I am not planning on going back. There is a lot of talk around town about how much they have ruined the pizza, changed ingredients, putting less on each pizza, cheaper ingredients, etc. I have tried it more than once and am not happy. It used to be the best in town...the new owners should go back to what made it good. It won't last long if they keep this up.

Ordered from here about three years ago for our Triplets 21st birthday!
It was absolutely delicious!!
With the last experience being so wonderful and and now have an upcoming party this Saturday this is our go to for this order as well. Their catering menu is very reasonable and their chicken is just as awesome as Jewel!
Can’t go wrong with the fried chicken, Italian beef, Mostaccioli, and the garden salad.
And I don’t have to cook which is the Best part!!

I would not recommend this place. My family and I have been a customer of this location for over 30 years. The new management or owner have really turned this place around for the better they are turning out a better product, my review was based on customer service. They must have Mutual respect for all customers. Very disappointing

This was our favorite place to order for pizza. And this will be the last time I’ll be ordering from here. The pizza wasn’t fully cooked and gave me a terrible stomach ache.
