The pizza quality is still good, no complaints about the taste or ingredients. However, I've noticed the prices have increased significantly, and it's gotten really expensive for what you get, especially for a small pizza. It's harder to justify ordering as often as I used to. I understand costs go up, but the current pricing feels a bit out of reach for a regular pizza night. Hopefully they can find a better balance, because the product itself is solid.

Have always bought from Rosatis for 10+ years. My delivery tonight had something foreign in it. I called and asked for a refund. They mentioned refunds aren’t given and they would deliver another pizza.
So gross. I would have been a loyal customer if they handle this differently.. smh.

We ordered the 18 inch pepperoni pizza and the 10 inch gluten free classic combo pizza. The pepperoni pizza tasted good and the gluten free had good crust as well. The only thing I didn’t like is how much they charge per each topping. They charged us almost 13 dollars for the toppings for the gluten free pizza. It is way overpriced

I ordered a pizza through GrubHub. Twice in a row, the order was 50 minutes late. When I called the restaurant each time to find out where my order was, they were rude and unapologetic. They said the 1st time that they forgot to start my order. The 2nd time, no reason given at all. I will not be ordering from this restaurant ever again.
