Forsure my favorite Michoacána around , service is good, serving size is good, I usually only get the ice cream but they have a lot of Mexican candy that I always end up taking because it gets me nostalgic 😂 Very good place, come and get your ice cream here 👍

We love La Michoacana ice cream. Please make sure the writing on the stick is not on the ice cream side. See picture of the bite I took and saw the writing underneath.

The customer service is great, good assortment... But, I bought some potato chicharrones that tasted like soap or something... I understand that it could have been an accident, but I hope this observation helps them improve.

So, I went to this location for the first time. I’ve been at others but this one specifically was amazing service- they alway ask me what I wanted in my food despite me saying anything aside from meat and making sure i got the right stuff there since i’m vegetarian. So if you’re vegetarian don’t be afraid just be clear you are!! Very sweet and kind just like their ice cream!! I got guava and my mom got pecan which we took to-go and the chip mix i ate inside before taking it to-go is spectacular ?

The products are very good, although the prices have risen a lot in the last month! It has a nice family atmosphere!

The only nice person here is the older grandma. I waited 30 min and even went up to desk and they never said anything, people came in after me and they served them. Didn’t even bother to look at me, they know I was waiting. Always acting nonchalant. Horrible customer service.

Its ok

I loved all the variety of ice creams and other snacks. It was amazing being able to choose an ice cream flavor and turning it into a delicious milkshake. The esquite was really flavorful and the right amount of spice, I had asked for Hot Cheetos on it but regretted it later because once it got moisture on the Cheeto it was hard to chew so next time I won't order it with Cheetos. I can't wait to come back to try more items.

The Owner, Octavio, and the others that work here are wonderful. The paletas are delicious and the ice cream scoops are generous!! Can’t wait to come back
