I cannot say enough good things about this bakery. It was my first time here. They were extremely kind, attentive, and informative. The Swedish flop and the blueberry loaf are a must. I cannot wait to try other items. You cannot beat small, family owned bakeries. Nothing like it.

My coffee was perfectly made and bought a family size cinnamon Danish for a friend’s birthday. She said was delicious ?.
They are open until 6pm and out of product by 10am this place needs to make more product you have 8 hours before you close and nothing there not a good idea especially if you have to drive 39 minutes to get there so don’t go there after 9 am or your wasting time and gas

I needed a dessert(sweet) to take for a family get-together and after googling local bakeries(We're new to the area)found Sauer's. Wow! This is an old-fashion style bakery, that you just don't find anymore. They have a wide variety of treats/goodies for every palate, brownies, cookies, donuts, cakes and their European style treats, like the apple strudel are perfect...not overwhelmingly sweet and great with an after dinner coffee. There are lots of other pastries, and beautiful seasonal treats too. I can't wait to try the breads! I'll definitely be back!
