They gave me a half full venti latte, tried to fix it by adding milk, no way it tasted funky, had them remake it and they didn't have the lid on properly and spilled it on my hand. I asked for a venti ice water and I had to ask three times, they only gave me a standard size water

Shoutout to Brittany and Alyssa (not sure if I got the names right) for the excellent customer service! I had an order issue with my drinks the other day and they quickly took care of it and were really nice and chill throughout the whole process. Quality baristas and quality service overall!

I love coffee... But when they have a lot of customers they have given me my frapuccino without any coffee, just ice and without any coffee flavor. The same thing has happened three times now but only when it is very crowded. And it happens at the north location
