Been coming to this Subway for years. The ingredients? Fresh. The store? Clean. The complaints in these reviews? Comedy gold.

“My sandwich was bad!” — buddy, you built it yourself. That’s like burning toast and blaming the toaster. 😂

It’s Subway, not a Michelin-star bistro. You walk in, point at the things you want, and boom ..sandwich. If you can’t make that work, maybe the problem isn’t behind the counter.

This location always gets it right. The rest? Sounds like user error.

Ordered via the app for a footlong BOGO deal, both were veggie delite -- probably the easiest to make and cheapest sandwiches subway has on their menu. It was ready as specified when I got there. Took it home only to find out both sandwiches were half empty....no lettuce, barely any pickles when I asked for extra, no giardinera mix as I asked for, few leaves of spinach, barely any mayo, mustard or baja chipotle sauce! They got 2 things right--the type of bread and the fact that I asked for no cheese on both sandwiches.

And they weren't even busy when I picked up my order. They always make it right if I'm there in person ordering, but each of the 3 times I've ordered via app, they don't include enough of the ingredients. I don't care to waste my time or gas to go back to make them correct this. This is the last time I will order from them, in-person or by the app! This location in Herotage Plaza by Jewel-Osco just happens to be on the way home for me, but I can go to another better location.

I guess they think it's okay to not make the sandwich appropriate because I'm using an app to get the BOGO deal. I disagree!

I ordered pizza at subway and the lady barely put any cheese on top to cover my pizza and when I asked her to put on extra she said it would be extra. Probably the last time I would go to this subway.

Normally I would skip this subway as they never participate in promotions . I ordered the 6.99 foot long on the app and picked up in store. When I entered they greeted me. I told them I had an online order. My order was correct. Hopefully they continue taking promotions.

The young lady working is not friendly. You can get a sandwich but it comes with a side of attitude. If you ask for more sauce, she will look over to the sandwich (that shes not making) and make sure only the acceptable amount of condiment is added for no extra charge. The coupons are only good for selective meats and god forbid you ask for roast beef. Not to mention the cheese, don’t even think about asking for two cheeses.

Has to be one of the worst ones I have have been too in the area. They skimp on the meat toppings. When the younger girl works its nothing but attitude about the order you place, even though it's a cold cut combo. When you ask them to add some seasoning to it it's like it's a act of God to get it done as the person huffs about it.

If I could give this shop a -500000 I WOULD!!! I ordered an online order for pick up for my lunch break and was told they did not get my order. However, my bank was charged the fee for my order and took my money. I presented my order and bank statement to the "manager" and he still denied ever getting my order. He accused me of ordering at the wrong location even when I showed him the address was correct. The MANAGER continued to raise his voice at me and tell me it is not his problem. The system is not "his problem" he told me and therefor I could not get my food. I argued with him in regards to this situation and still did not get money or food. He was rude and disrespectful with a restaurant filled with customers in line. He said he would give me "free food" I thought that it was very out of pocket of him to say over and over again that he would give me free food when I had already pulled up my receipts for him to see I had paid. The manager and workers in this restaurant need to GO. I am so disgusted with the way they handle customers and issues.
