Their burgers are better than Wendy's Culver's even portillo's. This place is a hidden gem that I'm surprised they're not even doing better than what they're doing. If I want quality burger with quality ingredients I'm going to go here over anywhere else.

Not bad. Ordered Urban Counter Club (grilled chic, avocado, provolone, bacon) Mushroom burger (onion, mushroom, Swiss, stone ground mustard) Pros, a notch above typical fastfood burgers Cons, can be 15-20 minutes so not if in a super rush and sides not included, onion rings touch over cooked. Another was condensation dripping from ceiling. They need to get a dry clean mop, and get the overhead duct dry so it doesn't drip on customers 1x an hour.

Ordered a BLT. Needed more bacon. Some bites of the sandwich did not have bacon. Bacon was good though. On the plus side had an avocado spread. Bread was good. Fresh ingredients. Made to order. Good service from employees.
