Burgers "off the grill" are still lukewarm. I do not think that temp would kill bacteria. If you get a burger, feel the temperature at the counter. The grill is either malfunctioning or they are not cooking them freshly.
Dont go to this wendys, did a full remodel and hired stupid kids and adults who cant get a simple order right, wendys corporate help them before this on goes bankrupt
