Went today for lunch (been going to this location for years) drive thru employee ran my card then proceeds to tell me its a 7 minute wait for the food. Asked if I was ok waiting .....I said no I have limited time ( since im on lunch break). He doesn't hear me attempts to hand me the drink. I asked if my card was ran already he said yes. I said I need a refund I'm unable to wait. He said they don't do refunds there. I said everyone does refunds. He said this location doesn't. I got my receipt then left. I Attempted to call the shop x3 and go figure their number doesn't work. Next was corporate. They are a franchise...aghh I'll be awaiting my refund. Beware of Oscar

I ordered a Cinnabon, I tried to eat it right after I was with my Daves cheeseburger and it was still very warm but it was hard as a rock. I called to let them know that the Cinnabon was bad and the lady's response was “Sorry about that” The only thing she offered was to come back and get another one at 11:30pm! she never offered to come back at any time she just wanted me to come back right away at 11:30pm. Terrible customer service!

It really seems to depend on when I go here, which is very intermittent. Sometimes it seems fine or even perfect with friendly staff, other times my food isn't cooked all the way or someone has an attitude for whatever reason. More positive experiences than bad, but my undercooked chicken sandwhich prompted this review.
