I ordered a Cinnabon, I tried to eat it right after I was with my Daves cheeseburger and it was still very warm but it was hard as a rock. I called to let them know that the Cinnabon was bad and the lady's response was “Sorry about that” The only thing she offered was to come back and get another one at 11:30pm! she never offered to come back at any time she just wanted me to come back right away at 11:30pm. Terrible customer service!

Look, the staff was friendly enough (seemed a bit understaffed), that being said the food was up to par. Can't complain, one of the best Wendy's in the area.
Didn't get a name, Girl was on her personal phone, no greetings. Had to ask for my receipt. Frosty was great. Price was super high small one for $2.84

It really seems to depend on when I go here, which is very intermittent. Sometimes it seems fine or even perfect with friendly staff, other times my food isn't cooked all the way or someone has an attitude for whatever reason. More positive experiences than bad, but my undercooked chicken sandwhich prompted this review.
