I ordered a Cinnabon, I tried to eat it right after I was with my Daves cheeseburger and it was still very warm but it was hard as a rock. I called to let them know that the Cinnabon was bad and the lady's response was “Sorry about that” The only thing she offered was to come back and get another one at 11:30pm! she never offered to come back at any time she just wanted me to come back right away at 11:30pm. Terrible customer service!

It really seems to depend on when I go here, which is very intermittent. Sometimes it seems fine or even perfect with friendly staff, other times my food isn't cooked all the way or someone has an attitude for whatever reason. More positive experiences than bad, but my undercooked chicken sandwhich prompted this review.
I placed an order for my kids and I. When I got my order home. It was not what I ordered, and I didn't have time to take it back, or call to complain., I just ate what I got and went to work. I bought the food too eat before I went to work. At work disappointed. Not happy at all. Fries was cold. No bacon on my burgers. The baconator fries was ok, and the chicken nuggets was fine.☹️
Kid-friendliness: The kids love Wendy's. Frosties, and more. But this day was not a good day for us.

Normally when i come at night everything is always good but this time the employees weren't paying attention they gave us extra sour cream and no bbq sauce for my nuggets and alno salt on thd fries.. im 5 months pregnant bro salt my damn fries its fast food like c'mon and gimme the sauce that comes with the meal i asked for bbq where is it and why is there no salt on the fries ??♀️?

2 years later and at least they can take online orders but they are still messing it up. My sandwiches are missing the extra lettuce and tomato while my French fries are relatively cold and salt with as soon as I tasted them before I left the drive-thru.
They're rarely open after 10 and baby yet to fix their parking lot lights for over a year. The worst thing is I ordered online was there within 10 minutes and they're closed but they took my money... Sure hope I see that back in my account soon.

The drive through service was so slow. I think they were training new staff but I was in the drive through lane for 15 minutes and I had ordered ahead. Needless to say, my food was cold And soggy by the time I got it.
