Since when did the company discontinue over the phone payment? That is ridiculous and that is directed to the owner. I simply wanted to add 5 plain wings to the order amd they could not do it. Idiotic and horrible business policy. Go to Buffalo Wild Wings that's a better business model anyways. Shame on you Wingstop.

Writing this review to honor both José and Crystal who showed immense etiquette, leadership and efficiency this evening. They had a door dash order remade four separate occasions, and I was the fourth dasher to pick up the order. Apparently the other orders were either stolen by the customer, or dasher. When I arrived I explained I would contact support, which I then did and ensured they’d be paid a new ticker for that order. José quickly began preparing the food for the fourth time. Mind you, this was 20 minutes before the store closed. His determination and ethic are admirable, and noteworthy. I was able to confirm the order and got it delivered to the customer on time because of their help. Moving forward whoever took the order will be barred from DoorDash’s system. Dining and dashing is not permitted, and makes everyone’s life harder in both the delivery and restaurant business. These are good people who work hard on both ends. Thankfully, the food and service at this location is top notch and the politeness that both Crystal and José showed tonight deserved this five star review. They honestly care about their ethic, their customers and their own character, so thank you both and I hope corporate sees this to honor you both.
