Went in for ice cream with my kids and friends (another family with kids) 2 ladies were working, older woman and another younger girl with yellow streaks in her hair. Young girl starts taking our order and has a nasty attitude the whole time. Everyone in our party noticed & tried ordering everything quick. Her demeanor was not welcoming and seemed bothered by everything we were ordering. Before she got done blending a shake she told us to go to the other lady to get checked out. This lady was very very nice we checked out no problems.
Drive thru seemed busy but the inside was not. Not sure her attitude had anything to do with that but wouldn’t be surprised if it did.

I called to see if it was possible to order a cake for same day. (Online it says 48 hours) The person on the phone said yes to go to the store to order. I drive to the store and they told me they couldn’t do it. Why tell me on the phone one thing waste my time only to be told NO at the store. I understand their 48 hours policy WHICH IS WHY I CALLED TO ASK !

Said open for 24 hours, open sign and lights were on, but the parking lot was empty and nobody seemed to be in the building.

Sausage egg and cheese bagel was excellent. Sausage cooked perfectly, bagel fresh. Eggs and cheese yummy.

Ordered an ice cream turkey cake in 2021 and was horrified. See for yourself...mostly buttercream--very little ice cream. I called and the woman on the phone was refusing to do anything because i picked up the Tues before TG and didn't attempt to eat until Fri. That literally has no relevance to my issue. Did she think the ice cream transformed into buttercream over those few days? No offer for replacement or refund. Don't waste your money and disappoint your guests.

Wide selection of ice cream flavors but several of the ice cream options containers were nearly empty. Staff didn't make us feel welcomed with no smile or greeting. With other ice cream options nearby, considering going elsewhere for your ice cream needs.

We went in tonight and the manager yelled at the kid behind the counter because he checked his cell phone. Yes, he shouldn't be on his phone but that doesn't give the manager the right to yell at him in front of customers. She said sorry to me but she should be apologizing to the employee for being unkind and rude to him.

Me and my boyfriend tried to order door dash from this location and the lady over the phone was extremely rude. It's 2 am so I would get being in a bad mood. But I read some reviews and apparently she just acts like that. We placed our order and after a while we checked to see if a driver accepted it. We noticed it said this location hadn't accepted. So we called to see if if went through correctly, and after 3 times calling she finally answered. She was extremely rude, and wasn't answering any of the questions we had asked. She told us that she wasn't accepting any phone/door dash orders, which I don't understand why if she'd have to make it anyway, and hung up. We tried re-calling to ask why and she didn't answer, after 2 calls she answered just to say she was done with this conversation and hung up on us again. We called again to see if there was someone else we could talk to and she refused to answer. I usually never leave bad reviews because sometimes people are just having a rough day, but after seeing other reviews like mine she seems to always be having rough days. I only ever go to this location, so it was really disappointing and I'm still incredibly shocked how rude someone could be. Especially a worker.

Horrible customer service, I went in there looking for a quart of Cookie dough it wasn’t in the pre package tubs wanting to be nice I asked the employee if I can get a pint instead of the quart of cookie dough and she asks me if there was another flavor I wanted because it was going to take too long to scoop. So I settled for a scoop in a cone instead, not only does she drop the ball of ice cream on the counter she almost scooped it back up and wanted to give it to me good thing I was right in front of her.
