This baskin robins is always out of stuff and the workers are very rub.
Usually this is my “go to” location for birthday desserts but never again. I tried to order online multiple times but the ordering system had a glitch, so I decided to walk into the store to place my order. I placed my order about 5 days in advance (when only 2 days is required). I show up to pick up my order and the employees couldn’t find it. They called the owner who said she didn’t make it. They asked me to come back in about an hour. I asked if the owner was bringing it or planning to come and make it? They said make it. I mentioned that they require 48 hour notice to make these so that the ice cream can freeze, correct. She confirmed. I asked why would I come back in an hour if there is no way it will be frozen/ready (considering it is 88 degrees out and I would need to get this dessert home non-melted). Long story short the employees gave me the option of something they had on hand since I needed something for my son’s bday today! Thank you employees and thanks for nothing Baskin Robbin’s Owner.

Went in for ice cream with my kids and friends (another family with kids) 2 ladies were working, older woman and another younger girl with yellow streaks in her hair. Young girl starts taking our order and has a nasty attitude the whole time. Everyone in our party noticed & tried ordering everything quick. Her demeanor was not welcoming and seemed bothered by everything we were ordering. Before she got done blending a shake she told us to go to the other lady to get checked out. This lady was very very nice we checked out no problems.
Drive thru seemed busy but the inside was not. Not sure her attitude had anything to do with that but wouldn’t be surprised if it did.

I called to see if it was possible to order a cake for same day. (Online it says 48 hours) The person on the phone said yes to go to the store to order. I drive to the store and they told me they couldn’t do it. Why tell me on the phone one thing waste my time only to be told NO at the store. I understand their 48 hours policy WHICH IS WHY I CALLED TO ASK !

Stoped on by to have a late snack and enjoyed my pecan and love potion ice cream. It was delish on a cone.

Said open for 24 hours, open sign and lights were on, but the parking lot was empty and nobody seemed to be in the building.
The location was closed at 11pm but it's shows 24 hrs open. They are not!
Sausage egg and cheese bagel was excellent. Sausage cooked perfectly, bagel fresh. Eggs and cheese yummy.
Ordered an ice cream turkey cake in 2021 and was horrified. See for yourself...mostly buttercream--very little ice cream. I called and the woman on the phone was refusing to do anything because i picked up the Tues before TG and didn't attempt to eat until Fri. That literally has no relevance to my issue. Did she think the ice cream transformed into buttercream over those few days? No offer for replacement or refund. Don't waste your money and disappoint your guests.

Paid $45 for a small cake and they didn't even spell our son's name correctly, or dot the "i" or cross the "t: What a DUMP, never coming here again.

Wide selection of ice cream flavors but several of the ice cream options containers were nearly empty. Staff didn't make us feel welcomed with no smile or greeting. With other ice cream options nearby, considering going elsewhere for your ice cream needs.
We went in tonight and the manager yelled at the kid behind the counter because he checked his cell phone. Yes, he shouldn't be on his phone but that doesn't give the manager the right to yell at him in front of customers. She said sorry to me but she should be apologizing to the employee for being unkind and rude to him.
