The owner thinks he can get away with what he’s been doing. Every time I’ve gone there they lie and say the small size cups are out of stock and they make people upgrade to the medium size for any type of drink they get, and they charge the extra dollar or so for a medium sized drink. This has happened to me more than 4 times and I tested it out going 3 times this past month and they’ve done the same thing every time. Businesses like this should not be respected for the way they’re trying to make an extra profit. Really shows how cheap they are and how poorly the business is ran. If you can’t figure out a way to increase margins other than lying to your customers then I think it’s best you find a different franchise to go after. Do not recommend going to this location whatsoever. I’m sorry to everyone in advance who has to deal with these owners.

Went on Monday 12/08 around 12 in the afternoon. It was my first time trying this place and did not know what to expect. Was greeted by the owner “DP” who was very helpful in helping me pick what to get. Very respectful and charismatic owner, that alone would have me return back. But the sausage egg and cheese bagel I got was excellent! Will be coming back, i definitely recommend to try this spot out.

This is my first experience with Biggby. I ordered 2 boxes of coffee for Thanksgiving day for two different times and the customer service I received from the owner and Tanish (apologies for the spelling!) exceeded my expectations! Amazing communication and amazing coffee! 11/10 recommend and I will be back! Thank you again!

Ordered a cold Brew with no ice Received a cold Brew with no ice BUT was not told there would be an additional $1.50 charge. During checkout in the drive through I was never told the total and was not offered a receipt. I thought it was weird so I asked. Got the receipt and saw the additional upcharge. I don't care about the upcharge. What bothers me is the lack of transparency and also that the man was apparently trying to hide the fact that he was upcharging me by not telling me the total and no receipt until I asked. Demanded a refund, the guy did not even know how to process a refund and had no decency to apologize or explanation for the lack of transparency of the upcharge. Stay away from this management.

I love the coffee and bragels here, and the staff is so friendly! The owner remembers me whenever I stop in and makes me feel welcome. It's a nice atmosphere to sit and work in, or just relax. They leave books out on the tables as well, which is a lovely touch! I always peek at what they have out even thought I have a list of my own to read. Overall, 10/10.

Very rude customer service . Worker was holding up the entire drive thru having private conversations with customer ahead of me. He was even showing him pictures on his phone and shaking hands. Won't be coming here anymore. Ill spend my money elsewhere

I love Biggby! Been coming here since the opened and it only gets better. I will gladly drive 10-15 minutes farther to get Biggby over any other coffee place. Great coffee and light eats. The biggest highlight however is the kind staff and amazing owners, DP and Drew. The owners make a true effort to learn their customers names and orders. They always greet you as you walk in and they don’t just treat you like another customer. I cannot recommend this place enough. I <3 the Carpentersville Biggby!!
