Ordered a ham and cheese croissant and some churro fries. Told the lady no egg and she asked just to confirm that I didn’t want it. Got no churro fries and the egg was on the sandwich.

I order my food online through the app. And it got my order completely Wrand literally told me that I was wrong and the receipt was right. Didn't want to correct it at and the fact that you can't even call corporate one of my hang for am I paying for what they wanna give me? Or am I paying for what I want? Because it seems like that's the other way around like they're paying they're. They're choosing what to give me.
And it's not just Burger King as all these fast food chains.
What done I'm not trying to sound. Racist, but what the people can't understand english? Should I work in there or what can they not read english? Or do you guys not have an Spanish about the screen? It's getting way too out of hand in this country with these fast food change and and the reason why I chose Burger King is because it's one of the last places that does not have kiosk and the kiosk is just as worse as the app. My order was not right at all. It was completely wrong and they just did not care.
Like II was wrong for even telling them that I was wrong. That's what I felt from them. An entire staff of the entire store and I will not be going back to that Burger King again. And I recommend than anybody else. Double checks or orders before leaving that burger Kand double check your app. And screenshot, what your order is just so you can prove him wrong because they don't like to be wrong apparently and customers not right when it's supposed to be the other way around, but society is becoming more and more ignorant. And not caring about the people that they're supposed to be serving

It’s so frustrating to constantly not receive the things you pay for. I don’t really understand how it’s so hard. We were very excited to try the new churro fries. 2 chocolate sauces were included. We did not get them. We also PAID for 4 bbq sauces and didn’t receive those either. So sick of incompetent people. I am not one to complain about this stuff.. at all. But when it’s EVERY single time, it’s quite irritating.

I have been going to this place for over forty years and they still have one consistent problem that never gets solved. They short me items in the drive through. It doesn't happen with the dine-in and the food is always hot and fresh. I just wish they would teach the workers to count burgers and fries when they put them in the bag for takeout.

Terrible customer service, they make mistakes in the orders and someone calls to tell them and you have to go with the receipt and at that moment, because another day they won't be worth it to you

Was ordering and used a coupon, at the window a lady asked for the coupon which i had no problem providing and the lady rolls her eyes and closes the window at our faces. Ive heard complains about her attitude but never seen her

They then forgot my bacon and Swiss. Their food is normally really good. Yummy!

Manager was rude about paper towels in the restroom.

Made an online order with a rewards redeem, free fries offer, multiple in-app customizations, and a customization in-person that is usually not possible on the app. Everything came out exactly correct, fresh, and with a smile.
