Love the employees here, love the food. I never have an issue with my order. I usually do their app ordering/curd side pick up. It's even better!

This Culver's has been going downhill--ordered a crispy chicken sandwich to go and only realized after going home they'd given me the wrong kind. After driving back, I thought they were going to give me a replacement sandwich but they only gave me a plain chicken patty and did not inform me, so I threw the incorrect one out before realizing and was just left with the meat itself. Not worth going if they keep messing up my orders here since this isn't the first incident.

lol another update: visited again today. I don’t know why I keep coming back. This has to be the absolute worst Culver’s in the history of Culver’s. Cold liquid cheese again. Every time my family decides to go here I end up disappointed every. Single. Time. Michelle was also really interesting to talk to, she hung up on me and then when I called back she said “I didn’t mean to hang up so quick” girl bsffr right now.

UPDATE: I decided to give this Culver’s another try in hopes of maybe them changing something and getting my order right. Nope. Not even close. Ordered a double butter burger no pickle. Got a deluxe double cheeseburger with everything on it. I went into the store this time and asked them to fix it. They then gave me a deluxe double cheeseburger no pickle. Nope, not what I asked for. They redid it and I couldn’t believe my eyes. Again, wrong sandwich. DELUXE DOUBLE HAMBURGER WITH NO PICKLE. OMG. Yes, there’s a difference between a deluxe and regular, crazy right? I ended up just grabbing the sandwich because I finally understood I was not going to get the sandwich I asked for. Again, wasting my time and money. Never again.

This place gets my order wrong 75% of the time and the younger employees ALWAYS have an attitude. This time I went, my cheese sauce was cold. Literally repulsed by hot fries and cold cheese. I called and asked for a refund and I had to go back to the store in order to get my money back. Wasting my time and money. Get a better computer system because you guys need it with all of the mistakes y'all make.

It was very cool inside the ice cream was amazing the food came out fresh and hot and the delivery was really quick and all the workers were amazingly!!!

I went through the stove through this evening to order a value basket and wanted a small custard with salted caramel and cookie dough. I was told that they were out of custard. I said no problem and drove around to pay. I had to pull up to wait for my order. There were 2 others cars in front of me waiting. When my food came out, so did the order for the person 2 cars up from me and wouldn't you know it? They had FOUR orders of custard. I asked the guy who brought out my food if they were out of custard and he said no and that they were just really busy, which they were. I called the restaurant about 10 minutes later and asked to speak to management. The lady said it was her. I asked if they condoned lying about the machine being broken and she said that she didn't say the machine was broken but were out of custard. I said so it's ok to lie. She said in the moment there were people inside that were waiting 20 minutes for orders and others that were there before me. I will say she did apologize but I mentioned how they could have just mentioned that they were busy and it would be 20 minutes if I wanted to wait. She didn't give me the opportunity to make that decision. I asked for her named and she said Michelle and followed it up by saying she just wanted to make it clear to me that she didn't say the machine was broken but that they were out of custard. Again, it's the fact that you lied! Unreal. Nothing else was done and she didn't seem to care. Oh and she wanted to make sure I understood that they were busy. While I'm not the type of person that says the customer is always right, the fact that she didn't think anything was wrong with lying and wanted ME to understand they were busy and not offer anything but barely an apology is ridiculous to me. Go elsewhere. That's a culvers in lake in the hills that has always been great. I'll drive 15 more minutes to avoid this location.

I hat can I say about Culver’s? Their butter burger is amazing probably one of the best fast food burgers around. Negative points for now charging for certain sauces and moving them behind the counter.

I am a Door Dasher and I am reviewing this place solely based on how they provide horrible service for this issue. Two weeks ago I picked up an order for Door Dash, and upon picking up the order, certain places don't let you proceed unless you put in a confirmation code. The receipt was missing two numbers, and I had to contact Door Dash to provide me with the code. Luckily they were able to give me the code and I was able to finish my order to deliver.

The second time was an absolute worst nightmare. I picked up an order for a customer. And of course as I look at the receipt, it was missing three codes. I contacted door dash support and as always they were no help. They marked the order as picked up, but on my end it would not let me proceed unless I had the confirmation code. So I lost money, time and gas because Culver's refuses to fix this issue.

I called to speak to the manager. And instead of her taking responsibility, she blamed it on Door Dash. She said whatever comes through door dash, it's on their end. I called door dash and they confirmed with me that it's not on their end. The manager refused to acknowledge this issue and just pointed the finger at door dash. If you are the manager your job is to fix these issues and oversee customer satisfaction. But no instead she was being rude and incompetent about her job. If you can't fix this issue then you should not be the manager in general. I already went ahead and called door dash to report her incompetence and laziness.

If you are a door Dasher not Uber driver. Just know if you need to confirm an order, to proceed, you will have major issues. And if you call the manger she will just blame door dash.
