Why is it that Dunkin just cannot master multi tasking orders in the drive through? There is frequently a long wait because they take several orders at once but don't seem capable of fulfilling them concurrently. Maybe it's staffing? I don't know. And it's not just this location.

I ordered 12 chocolate frosted donuts today. Half of them were fresh, but the other half were terribly hard, like they were from yesterday.

Service here is terrible. Couldn’t even grab a pick up order at 10pm. Had to wait almost 10 mins. What’s the point then? Also one of the workers looked at me and just walked past me. Great job!

Place is terrible. Almost everytime I go there, the order is usually incorrect or missing something. And some of the workers are incredibly lazy. They don't even speak loud enough in the drive thru to hear them. If I have the time I end up driving to a different location just to avoid this one.

The girl working tonight is absolutely horrible. She called the police because she didn’t like how my fiance said some words to her that were disrespectful in her opinion. I get it but you take that up with him. Instead she involved me with it and called the cops saying she wants me trespassed from there as well. Which makes no sense because I did nothing to her. I am very disgusted with the service here. I would fire her if you want your business to survive.

I called on Monday January 20th about a drink of mine that was made wrong. He answered by saying how can he help me and ended up hanging up the phone on me. I find that very disrespectful and not acceptable in any way. Please hire employees that are ready to work and be responsible and respectful to their customers!!!

It's weird that when you order a small cappuccino blast with no whipped cream and light cinnamon that they seem to mess it up every time. Sometimes they still put whipped cream and no cinnamon, sometimes they put no whipped cream and more cinnamon than anything else, sometimes they just don't put anything.

Bad service... they charged 15 cents extra for additional swirl but I didn't ask for any additional swirl. Super slow mixing up orders the person can't even take orders correctly. Overall bad experience

Today I went through the drive thu and seen a bacon egg and cheese bagle with a coffee and hash browns for $6.00. I ordered it and said "I cannot have bacon, just the egg and cheese please" I was told, nope you MUST have bacon to get that price. I went back and forth, for me to get same items without bacon it would be about double the price! She stated, it's the way corporate wants it. Can't do no bacon. How many folks either religion or being a vegetarian cannot eat bacon, let alone your soggy undercooked bacon? I find this offensive. Doesn't it save you money without meat???
The sandwiches are not pre wrapped... what's the issue? If there is a class action law suit, I'm signing up! BS I don't want bacon!!!!!
