Club Sub is hands down the best! Every time I order it, it hits perfectly especially when the kid with the black curly hair makes it. He always gets everything just right. Great service and even better sandwiches!

I’m not sure why this location consistently has issues with online orders. You’d think that having everything written out would make it easier and reduce the chances of mistakes, but that hasn’t been the case. Ingredients are frequently left out. For instance, our most recent sandwich was missing the bacon, tomato and lettuce - it came with just meat, cheese, and condiments. It’s disappointing, especially since tomato and shredded lettuce is a standard topping on most subs. This has happened on maybe 80% of our orders at this location.

My gandson acted different and turned a gangster after eating these burgers and saying bad words what on earth are these kids these days nooo capppp 🤯🤯🤯🤯😱😱😱😭😭😭

I love jersey mikes fresh deli meat and ingredients and I love how they support our local schools for fundraisers.
That being said, every time I order online and ask for extra toppings (specifically asking for extra of each topping) I always get the same standard amount. First world problems, yes. But I do ask every time and this part always comes up short on my order.
5 pickles and 5 banana peppers and barely any onions is hardly extra.

Great food,but they have to get some hot subs...like meatballs...chicken cutlet subs...more hot subs...

Yesterday for dinner, I wanted something light. So, I ordered online a sub and was pleasantly surprised when I looked inside my bag. So I wanted to give a huge thanks to the person who worked on my order. This was very much appreciated, and this is the type of customer service that makes Jersey Mike's one of the best and why I keep coming back. But sadly, I can't give the sub itself a 5 star. It seems the quality of the subs did go down a bit after the company got sold to Blackstone a few months ago.

I've never had a tuna fish sandwich from Jersey Mike's that made my stomach hurt so badly. Kudos to the chef for pulling that off. I’m not sure if they put vinaigrette on my sandwich, when I requested not to, but that is usually one of the sources that cause tummy pains.

Never again will I return to this location.

The absolute worst. Sandwich Order was wrong, sandwich not cut in half, missing items with order. Could not give refund without having to go back and get it. Think twice before using this location. I would give zero stars if that was an option

Thank you so much for delivering the sandwiches for our son, his bride and all the attendants on June 28th in west Dundee. They were spot on with delivery time requested and the manager was so very accommodating. It was a perfect filler for the young people before the wedding.

Quick sub sandwich for lunch. I like the Italian set of subs. Meats and cheeses seem fresher when cut to each sub order. Good quality. Nice portion size.
