My family, including young children, enjoyed Juanita's. Don't let the inconspicuous facade fool you, the inside is warm and inviting with delicious recipes. I liked the chicken mole so much I complemented the earthly flavor--that unmistakable blend of chocolate, nut, and cinnamon--to our server only to learn it's a family recipe prepared fresh each day. Five stars for food and service, I'd give five stars for atmosphere but I save five stars for Mexican restaurants...
Food is good people are nice my only complaint is price i got 4 steak tacos 3.50 each and 2 handmade Quesadilla they're so good WORTH 9 dollars each It was 42.44 so taxes are 10 bucks im confused
The food was okay. The gorditas and sopes were really good. Although, the burrito was a mess. We got a lengua burrito with everything and basically we got a lettuce burrito. Hardly any meat and mostly cheese and lettuce. Not good. Be sure to order lettuce on the side. The service was good and the staff was nice. Would return but only for gorditas and sopes.
