the customer service was really good! i walked in and knew right away that i was going to be eating the best ice cream i’ve ever had, and the atmosphere is like no other. overall i give it 5 stars especially because the kid with the glasses took my order and he was really nice and patient. also kind of cute.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Don't come here 15 min before closing because they act d*** to avoid making your order so they can hurry and close the store. The girl with the glasses working tonight was incompetent. I requested takis with my elote order, and she said she wouldn't know how to charge it and then said she didn't know how to crush the takis???? But she knew how to crush hot cheetos? I've been to multiple locations where they go above and beyond and know exactly what I am requesting. I asked for everything and they didn't put tajin and put a pinch of Chile. I guess I'll go enjoy my mayonnaise and corn.

In this place the workers are very slow and they are not kind to the customers. I got to buy a glass of yogurt without fruit and they told me that the price was the same so I asked that they give it to me with fruit on the side and they said they couldn't do that, they preferred to lose a customer and more since I'm not going to recommend well this place. I'm not going back to this place, it's good that there are other Michoacanas where they sell me yogurt however I want it.

I had a bad experience there the lady was really slow and taking her sweettime she wasn’t doing a basic good customer service and i overheard the lady gossiping abt me with her coworkers and laughing apart from that she had my order wrong and they didn’t have gloves on while doing my order.
