I bought some tamales for which they overcharged me. And the tamales taste awful, no seasoning or flavor. They never buy tamales from here.

I was disappointed because I went to buy yogurt and the yogurt seemed liquefied. It is pure liquid and not at all thick like they sell in other stores. It is perfectly noticeable that they add water to the yogurt because it is simply tasteless, not at all sweet, creamy. It doesn't taste like yogurt anymore. That's already ridiculous because here they rob you by selling you yogurt with water. 6.99 the price for a medium glass. Disappointing to see this being stolen by adding water.

The worst experience of my life, I bought a chicharron to take away... prepared. With sauce on the side. The lady treated me without gloves and put what I didn't want on me. He didn't give me a napkin or a bag... and he still told me, oh, I was wrong... but take it this way so that it stings a little... what kind of service is that if as customers we are paying for something...

The staff are very rude and arrogant, my first and last visit to that place!!!

My niece had ordered an ice cream with sour patch kids on top & the lady grabbed the sour patch kids with her bare hands.My nephew ordered ice cream with sprinkles on top & the container fell and sprinkles fell all over the top of the sliding door of the freezer that contains the ice cream. When we where paying, I saw her collect all the sprinkles and put them back on the container.

The ladies start gossiping and it takes a long time to place your order, they are very dirty, they don't wear gloves and it was the first time I came here.

Very bad service, I ordered a yogurt with fruit and the lady got a call and answered and after she left the cell phone she didn't even change her glove and like that she goes and grabs the fruit to put her glove on it and finally she goes and charges me and look how with the gloves that charged me with those same ones was serving other clients, very dirty of me

They closed very early? I couldn't buy my fruit anymore.
