Carpentersville's Little Caesars on Kennedy Drive IS THEE BEST! We've been ordering from this location for years - since the quality, flavor and value have been better than any other Little Caesars we've tried over the years...However, for some awesome reason their pizzas have recently been EVEN BETTER!!! (hats off to C-Ville Little Caesars Team & Management!!)

They had never had a pizza ready when I go. Always have a 10-15 min wait. Whatever happened to hot and ready....

I came into this Little Caesars around 9:00 p.m., and honestly it was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. First off, every employee working that night was extremely rude and disrespectful not just to me, but to every single customer that walked in. They acted like we were an inconvenience, completely ignoring people as if we weren’t even there.
To make it worse, the place was dirty as hell. Counters weren’t clean, the floor looked disgusting, and it gave off the impression that no one there cared at all. The most frustrating part is that they’re open until 11, so it’s not like I came right before closing. This was two full hours before they were supposed to shut down, but the staff was already checked out and treating people like garbage. If this is how this location is being run, I wouldn’t recommend anyone wasting their time or money here.

IVE BEEN ON HOLD FOR 10 MINUTES I ORDERED MY FOOD OVER 1 HOUR AGO AND THE DRIVERS KEEP CHANGING.

Worst location. Ordered ahead on yhe app. 20min past my estimated time I asked cashier about the wait. She said 15 more minutes! All the while i only asked after a walk in order came and got hwr pizza and breadsticks immediately.
No apology for the inconvenience or delay. For 1 cheese pizza and crazy bread! Pizza never cut right and usually over cooked.

I usually order from here but tonight the girl that took my order told me that I couldn’t get the New CheeseSteak Puffs because I could only order them ONLINE and not in the store. I knew she was lying but she kept a straight face and repeated her self once I questioned it. SMH

Tried purchasing a pizza online but the order was cancelled because they had no dough- which is weird thing to be out of but okay. Cut to later in the day, we call to verify if it’s an all day thing or just temporary. We manage to get 2 pizzas ordered over the phone. We hang up and a second later- call back to make a topping change. The worker over the phone proceeds to give an attitude & huff / puff about it. If you hate your job that much- quit dude 🥱

Beware you order online and they are supposed to make it fresh but they give you old pizza from the hot box. Rip off. This location is terrible. Needs new owner
