Tried calling to order, can only order online. I guess they do not cut the pizza in slices, was at work so it turned out to be a disaster.
That’s it, Lou, we’re done with you! I’m a fan of the crust on this pizza, so I’ve accepted multiple freebies in the past as compensation for orders with mistakes. Just received another order with an item missing and ingredients missing from the pizza. Seriously, how difficult is it to read an order and translate that into a pizza? The beef sandwich was a disgrace, no gravy at all, just a pile of dry, overcooked beef on a roll. Time to check out the competition.

Just went in to pick up an order and the cashier serviced two other customers before addressing me. Honestly there are plenty of other pizza businesses that do worry about customer service. This will be my last pizza as I would have walked out but then I'm out $50 for an average deep dish pizza.

Love Lou's. Ordered the pizzas, and went to pick them up. One took a little longer, and the employee gave us a 4 pack of cookies, for having to wait. Pizza was AWESOME! Love The Lou, deep dish with sausage. They also have a gluten free for those needing it!

Of course the pizza was great. Kind of shocked on the price of Lasagna. Ordered a medium sausage pizza and lasagna to go. $42.00 total. The piece of Lasagna was not big at all. $14.00 and some change,
No salad or even bread. Not worth the price
Deep dish, butter crust, chicago style .y preference. They have thin crust and salads too.

This is a take-out place, so I rated atmosphere three stars. I come for the pizza, which is excellent!
Regarding service, the pizzas were ready at the time I requested, and the pizzas were properly made for my tastes.
Prices have gone up a bit, but still is a good deal.

The pizza arrived 20 minutes late after I was the third stop. When I open the box, this is how the pizza looked. I called to complain about the pizza and asked to speak to a manager, but was informed that I would have to wait in an additional 20 minutes because the manager was busy working on “paperwork”. I will never order from this location again and recommend others do the same
