Love Lou's. Ordered the pizzas, and went to pick them up. One took a little longer, and the employee gave us a 4 pack of cookies, for having to wait. Pizza was AWESOME! Love The Lou, deep dish with sausage. They also have a gluten free for those needing it!

This is a take-out place, so I rated atmosphere three stars. I come for the pizza, which is excellent!
Regarding service, the pizzas were ready at the time I requested, and the pizzas were properly made for my tastes.
Prices have gone up a bit, but still is a good deal.

***UPDATED***I am changing my review after speaking to the manager Eddie last night. After he explained the situation and apologized multiple times, it made me feel more understanding of the stress of the night. He made sure I was taken care of and valued as a customer. I will be giving this location a second chance.If I could give them -5 stars I would. Absolutely horrible customer service after we have been loyal patrons for years!
