First time today. The kids chicken O’s very rubbery. Ewe. The fries you need to salt yourself ,because they hardly have any salt. The chili is 3/ 10.( I am a big chili fan and not impressed) Threw the kids chicken away it was just gross. And my husband‘s hotdog was pretty good! The hotdog was7/10 Definitely not Tommy’s. Definitely won’t come back

This has to be the best place to eat in Carpentersville IL. The food, staff and service is fantastic! We have catered food from Lukes several times and it is always top notch! Also, stopping in to grab a beef sandwich from time to time. This place ranks an A+++++ on my list!

Bacon, mushrooms, & swiss cheese burger, cheese french fries and a crush soda. Unfortunately everything was off. Nothing had flavor. Fries had no salt, BLAND. burger patty had no seasoning , and tasted like nothing. BLAND. the half eaten burger outside mcdonalds parking lot has more flavor than the burger i just took a bite off. The staff was very kind and professional and to be frank I dont even think it was the cook’s fault. The owner just has to get better quality food ! Ill be back in a year for a review.

I had Chicago dog and it was perfect. My wife had Italian beef she thought it dry and bland even with the aujus but that happens sometimes anywhere I have Italian beef . Chicago dog was 9 and Italian beef was a 5 but I truly think they are a great place to go with your friends and or Family.

Been going to Luke’s for some time now. But lately the customer service has been below acceptable. All staff is always friendly and great but due to the short chubby girl Yadira I will be taking my services elsewhere she always has an attitude like as if I’m bothering her or as if she doesn’t want to be there very sad.
