This is one of the worst locations I’ve ever visited. I genuinely think at this point after two years of patronage. I have never once received food thru the window. I’ve always had to park in a reserved spot. Even for a simple quarter pounder meal with no customization.
The service here is god awful just alike. Everyone is either mumbling or can’t be bothered by you being there.
I’ve lived in 4 different states and travel for work. When I say this location especially sucks. Believe me… it sucks.

Listen, I'm not the type to complain at food places because I understand. I've worked in a restaurant for 10+ years. But I have a legitimate onion allergy and somehow they mess it up every other time. Just be more competent when it comes to allergies. Maybe it's my fault for going back. But come on now. Y'all literally had the modification note on it and still put them all over. Also, why the heck didn't I get pickles when it always comes with?? Now I don't get to eat tonight. Trash.

They really gotta get rid of that girl with the green hair she does not even look like she wants to work 🙄 you get to the window and she bearly looks at you and when she gives you the change she does it in a bad mood it’s been 2 nights that we experienced that also I asked for no pickles no onion guess what I got?? Pickles and onion 🤦♀️ thank god I’m not allergic just hate it lol but anyway take that girl off the damn window

Fantastic, family friendly place. I love taking my grandsons there, they love it too. Please stop selling timeshares. I just want to look around, take my guys to the video shooting range, buy some ammo (despite paying confiscatory Cook county taxes -insane.) and leave.

We held my son's birthday party here today. I called weeks prior to get clearance from management. I was told I only needed to pay to reserve tables if I wanted to assure there would be some there. If I wanted to risk not having a table, that was on me. I told her I would call back to let her know if I wanted to. We decided we didn't want to pay to reserve since we only had about eight kids coming. Fast forward to today, about an hour after we arrived I was approached by management and was basically told I was in the wrong and was taking seats from other customers, "reserving" my own tables (we had just set a cake down on an empty table) and that I should have paid the fee if I wanted to reserve them and that we needed to be out within the next half hour. Mind you they were not busy, the whole front end of the restaurant was empty, and at any given time only one other family with children were using the pay area. Also, we order hundreds of dollars worth of food and literally ate the entire time we were there. We hurried the cake along and left. We go to this location regularly and will spend 1-1.5 hours in the play place, as do other families so I just really didn't see the difference. Every person that attended ordered food and was a paying customer yet we were treated like we were loitering. Food was fine but the manager left a bad taste. We'll go to the Randall location from now on.

Waited over 45+ mins just to have my husband go inside and find out they gave someone else our order and the guy came out to our car twice and said he would be back with our order. Its not THAT hard to be organized. Retrain your friggin staff. 🙄

My experience at this McDonald’s Was unsatisfied first of all I went in. I went through the drive-through. Order my medium coffee like I always do I always go through without a problem this time I got a medium something. I don’t know what it was. It was very thick milky something That I don’t usually get. So I’m like halfway down the road and I have to turn around and go back for what I asked for so I go inside the McDonald’s I asked for a manager and I showed her what is this? we don’t know they said so I said can you please give me another coffee? I didn’t ask for this. They turned Around and gave me an attitude. Like really it’s not my fault and I know they’re busy but the least you could do is apologize and said here you go, sir have a good day. Not be confronted with an attitude because you got the wrong coffee. Check your items before you leave the restaurant. Make sure you get what you want before you go down the road and have to come back around an inconvenience that you shouldn’t go through that.. I gave this restaurant on service two stars.
