I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches with no cheese, both had a special ticket ono them stating No American Cheese. BUT... Both sandwiches had cheese. I called the restaurant and the person answered the phone gruffly, proceeded to tell me he checked the sandwiches personally and neither had cheese. He lied to me!

I have photos of the sandwiches with cheese. Having Dairy allergies is no laughing matter. When someone tells you no cheese. They don't want cheese. It is really not a hard process, actually one less step.

Don't lie to your customers. It is really rude and makes them find any avenue they can to let people know how rude you are to your customers.

THIS IS MY SECOND TIME BEEN THERE..
MY FRIST TIME BEEN THERE WAS NOT GOOD SPECIALLY WHO EVER TOOK MY ORDER I ASK FOR RANCH THE FRIST TIME AND THE LADY WANTED TO CHARGE FOR RANCH...SO MY SECOND TIME TODAY 4-15-2025 WHENT WITH ALL MY 4 KIDS AND WIFE AND THE SAME THING HAPPENED THE SAME LADY (JENNI) IS HER NAME WANTED TO CHARGE FOR RANCH AND BBQ. I BEEN TO MANY MCDONALD'S WITH MY KIDS AND NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM THAT CHARGE FOR RANCH I UNDERSTAND IF I ASK MAYBE FOR EXTRA THEN THEY SHOULD CHARGE FOR IT..BUT NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM ELSE WHERE ONLY THING I CAN SAY IS THA I WONT EVER GO THERE AGAIN..HOPEFULLY OWNER KNOW ABOUT THIS...

It's a regular McDonald's. But what really surprised me was that they charge 25 cents for each sauce. Ordered nuggets. They don't even give you one sauce with them, you have to buy it! I could see if you wanted extra. Yes, it's only a quarter, however that's a crappy way to treat your customers. Won't be back, there are McDonald's everywhere.

These guys have the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a McDonald’s. The food always look so sad from this location. My burgers are always flat as if they’ve been smashed. And if you have anything missing in your order they will refused to give you back your money if you don’t drive all the way back to prove it to them. Even their office customers service was rude to me and didn’t want to resolve my issue. They told me to deal with it through my bank. Which I did.

Manager is rude sent me on my way after giving me 2/3 of my online order she was dismissive and just out right rude never go here I was there at 7:30pm said she couldn’t help with my order shut the drive though window on me and told me to leave after she just served me 2/3 of my order refusing to help telling me I had the wrong address but still gave2/3 of my order the most rude person I’ve come across ever any other place would be better don’t give this place buisness
