Bucciferro Family McDonald's

Regular coffee is nice and hot, but if you drink decaf like me, it is good but definitely not as hot as the regular.

I've eaten at a lot of McDonald's and this one is by far the best one. They've only ever gotten my order incorrect once which is a huge deal as McDonald's doesn't always do that. They have wonderful staff, like Lorena who works the pickup window and Tony, who works the register. They will greet you as if you are family and always help you start your day off right. Overall, my go-to McDonald's.

They don’t talk to customers, they speaking only Spanish with each other and so mean(((

3 different mistaken orders at 3 different times of day on 3 different days. Do not go here if you actually want what you ask for. Maybe try ordering something cheap and see if they give you a big order, it’s like gambling!

Absolutely amazing staff! It was by pure chance that I came to this location and both times staff was friendly and food was actully cooked! The guy at the window was super friendly and so was the lady at the pickup window! Best McDonald’s I’ve had

They refused to sell me a $6 McDouble meal, said they didn’t have it? It was right there on the menu, she said she could only sell it to me if I purchase each item separately.. McDonald’s has already doubled their prices in the past 10 years and the Buccifero family is still deciding to be even greedier

Honestly one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to I went inside to change a part of my order they messed up after not hearing us and when we went inside the workers were all staring with bad attitudes and bad facial expressions as if us walking in to get our order fixed was the biggest inconvenience really should work with whole team on trying to know how to work properly I would avoid this McDonald’s or go to culvers

I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches with no cheese, both had a special ticket ono them stating No American Cheese. BUT... Both sandwiches had cheese. I called the restaurant and the person answered the phone gruffly, proceeded to tell me he checked the sandwiches personally and neither had cheese. He lied to me!

I have photos of the sandwiches with cheese. Having Dairy allergies is no laughing matter. When someone tells you no cheese. They don't want cheese. It is really not a hard process, actually one less step.

Don't lie to your customers. It is really rude and makes them find any avenue they can to let people know how rude you are to your customers.

curb side sucks! Got my meal kind cold (and not it wasn’t busy)
