Stopped by here while in the area and wasn’t expecting a mess in the food section. The crew seems to be not bothered about this mess and the server dropping food on another food while scooping and serving the customers. I wish they can be more careful and get trained in proper food serving and cleanliness.

Everytime I order the beef and broccoli I get a bowl of broccoli with little to no beef. Thats very annoying

I hated it I usually go to other to the Panda Express in Huntley and get good service there but me and my family wanted to eat something. the service was really bad and this one worker Josh was really bad at he’s job he was nice to everyone else but not my family I think they should fire him I’m never returning to this location again.

i do not recommend this place excellent services but absolutely disgusting horrible dry ass food. chow main was disgustedly dry with no flavor and more onion then chow main the rice was really dry with some to non flavor the only good thing that tasted sightly better then the whole plate the eggroles no comment there were nasty i do not recommend this place

I ordered uber eats and my order was a joke. I got chow mein and broccoli beef…except they put no beef in it and only filled the bowl 3/4 of the way. Terrible.

Not the first time they make fresh batches 40 mins before close. Top notch service = top notch customer experience = repeat business. I’ll be back.

Today, we visited this place, and it was a very pleasant experience. The manager, Eric, was very kind and helpful—I wish all managers were like him. The closest Panda Express to my house is in South Elgin, but unfortunately, I have had very bad experiences at that location. I wish the manager in South Elgin (I think her name is Bianca) were at least half as dedicated as Mr. Eric.
Im changing my 4 Star experience to a 5 Star tnks.

Came in at 8:40, they close at 9:30 and they have just about everything broke. Down and operating under one ser of heat lamps where the rice and chow mein are at. This is pathetic and everything looks horrible.

I placed a order at 3:10, it said my food was ready at 3:20. They told my door dasher that the food wasn't ready, he didn't leave the store until 3:55. I called the store and they said that he was talking two orders but one of them was not ready but mine had been sticking there in the window for 30 minutes going bad, and they didn't want to make me a new plate because "it wasn't their fault." I asked to speak to a manager and the girl on the phone said that there was no manager there. I don't understand how it takes 30 minutes to make food but its more clear when my door dasher sent me a photo of the employee talking to each and one of them flipping off the camera while talking. I wont order from this location again, I usually go to the one in hoffman because they are more efficient and friendlier. Very sad on how that turned out. Now im stuck with crusty food.

I ordered online and I feel like I barely got any food in my container... I got more cabbage than noodles which barely had flavor. The beef in broccoli was almost all broccoli with a couple of pieces of beef and tasted plain. The orange chicken was the best part of the whole meal.

overall not the Panda way at this location. Does not deliver exceptional experience to all customer. FOH; DANIEL has poor hospitality and didn’t think to keep my food under the warmer when I was waiting for my super greens. He had an attitude and didn’t say thank you when giving me my food. I’m an ex panda employee and I was unofficial PIC at the Panda Express location on Schaumburg and Barrington rd. Never did we provide poor hospitality an hour before closing. Even knowing we had deep cleaning after our shift and was working until 12am to be sure we passed our audits with 100%. It’s been 12 years since I worked with panda but I’m sure their standards have not changed. Staff at this location needs more development. Poor serving quality and quantity

The cooks at this restaurant should be sent to the Lake Zurich location to learn how to cook. Been here now several times and it just doesn’t compare to the Lake Zurich location. Staff is polite and the restaurant is clean. They just can’t cook.

They are always so nice here. I like the orange chicken, noodles are yummy, the spring rolls are good. I really like the steak and shrimp when they offer it, with white rice.
Anyways all Panda's that I have visited have been good.
