The workers were really nice, even offered me a complementary pastry sample. But the Americano I ordered tasted like warm urine. I spat it out my car window and dumped it in the parking lot. Panera needs to get their act together.

Ordered bread bowls and upon pickup was told someone bought all the bread bowls. Ordering in the Panera app ahead of time and no contact until we showed up is terrible customer service and poor organization

I cannot stand this location. Coming here for breakfast I am always missing something or something is messed up when I do pick up orders or order through the drive-thru. When I order lunch I get moldy cheese sent out to me not once not twice but three times when I order French onion soup. This location is a health hazard and needs to be shut down. Highly recommend the Randall road location I have never had an issue there once

No comment on service because there was zero human contact. You order through a kiosk, then someone just yells your number & you go and grab your food from the counter. A worker came out and looked at us and then quickly ran back. lmao Place was nice. Food was good. I have no complaints.

I LOVE this PANERA! I always use the drive-through and get just what I want! The people at the window are always nice and friendly!
Long time customer. Politely inquired about the salad, as I ordered a full salad and received close to a half salad. I was firmly told it is a full salad and followed to the door after I had been pleasant about the interaction. I was just making sure my order was correct. With this treatment I will not be returning. I was a customer, not a criminal.

I feel lately that Panera has gone downhill. So to be fair, I did expect to find what I wanted to order probably sold out. What I would end up ordering would be just okay and way overpriced and unfortunately I was not disappointed. The only reason I came here was because I was meeting friends who chose this place and I was kind of stuck. The atmosphere is the same nothing special as any Panera you would come across. It was very clean. Now since I don't usually eat here very often I'm not familiar with the menu so it took me a while and the lady behind the counter was patient and helpful. The first 3 things I ordered were already sold out and it was only noon. However I ordered the Pick 2 and I took soup, the broccoli and cheese, and a salad I believe it was a Southwest salad. Now the broccoli and cheese soup tasted good I didn't have a complaint except you hardly get any. The salad was just okay. They definitely don't go overboard on the ingredients and give you the bare minimum. I also ordered a large coffee and I served myself the Hazelnut which I did enjoy. So really the food was not horrible or anything like that but what I don't like is for the small amount of food my bill was well over $20 with tax. I think the price is ridiculous for what you get and the food is okay but it is not otherworldly and definitely not worth what I paid for it. So I will continue to avoid Panera and next time the girls want to go out I will insist on going elsewhere where I feel like I got my money's worth.
