Popeyes nowadays is hit or miss with good food and service. This Popeyes is always great. Staff is friendly and good is fast and cooked right. Keep up the good work. No other Popeyes in the area does it like this establishment.

Just echoing many of the other reviews, I used to enjoy ordering from here, but now it is quite honestly a joke. They almost always screw up orders and take an unacceptable amount of time to do so. Maybe they are understaffed, maybe the employees don't care, maybe both. Either way, the management/ownership has to be absolutely garbage to allow this decline in quality. I wouldn't be surprised if this location were closer within a year. If you still want Popeyes, the location on Rt. 31 and Huntly Rd. is much higher quality and an overwhelmingly better experience.

Been going to this Popeyes for years. Today's experience was horrible. The take out order was incomplete. I called and they took down my info for a future credit. No problem there. Ordered a 16 piece meal. Chicken was tasteless.... and I mean tasteless.

The Menu boards were not working. They were out of Dr Pepper. I had 2 spicey wings. They were so hot (temp), and the fries were cold. Not very enjoyable. It was a place of consistency, no longer.

Don’t go here. Absolutely terrible service. There is a woman that works that forgets orders and always messes them up. Left me at the drive thru for 15 minutes. I had to go in and get my order. Food is not great at all. Make sure to double check your order because it’ll most likely be wrong
I used to love the chicken tenders from here but the last 2 times they are cold and fries are kind of warm. The combo came with a soda that had no carbonation and no ice. No sauce with the tenders!!!! Ughhh this was the worst experienceI should not have to remind people of their job responsibilities and how to do it right.Never going back to PopeyesQuality had gone down over the years

Terrible. We were the only ones there and it took them half an hour to fill our order. People came in, waited, were never greeted, and left. All of our food came out of the warmers. Lord knows when it was cooked. Drink machine was broken. Absolutely not worth the price. Won’t ever be back.
