Half of the baristas are rude, the Hispanic girls are the nicest out of them. Drinks are always made truly so bad it gives me a headache. This Starbucks is one of the reasons I go out of my way to local shops, it’s always a hassle to pay $8 for a drink that’s not drinkable

So I went in for a quick cup of morning brew and to say the least it was bitter and I took it back the beautiful lady I missed her name all I know is she is drop dead gorgeous she fixed it maid me a fresh batch and I am more thankful she maid my morning a delight

I went 2 weeks ago on a Saturday afternoon and the employee from the window was so rude she was giving me a attitude and the ppl I had in my car rolling her eyes and talking back arguing back so disrespectful ! They should work on being respectful to customers.

Great coffee as always. The service could bebbetter, there were 2 baristas behind the counter and no people waiting. Had to wait 3 minutes before being noticed and helped, no body asked for my name, that was awkward? Anywais waited over 15 minutes for my flat white to be ready , nobody called me or said anything. I came to the counter to ask about it and the barista said it had being sitting on the counter??? No notification!!! Terrible service!

Would be a 4-5 but I keep getting attitude and get laughed at by the old lady with the face mask for asking for drink stopper. Seems like everyone knows her for the same reasons too. Lol

This place just sucks everyone I had for the most part just makes horrible drinks it really sucks because some people just come for a quick drink and these people really find a way to mess anything up the people they hire here are very awkward you see it in their face that they are out of it and they don’t want to be
At work they give the vibe like their just their for a pay check I would go the extra mile next time and try another location near by because these people suck “ at 1:50 pm we’d aug 7”

I place a mobile order on the way to work and it is always ready for me and tastes great. They always say hello. One time I was having a really bad day and I spilled my drink. The manager not only insisted on cleaning it up for me but also comforted me because I was clearly stressed. They are so kind!
