Alyssa was rude. She didn’t take my free drink when we told her then instead of apologizing she says “oh I didn’t hear so” over the microphone she was also sounding like she hates her job. Mid serving up they switched her out with someone else. She was polite but Alyssa was rude through the entire refund process
The staff is super friendly and helpful, they hooked me up with a new favorite drink. I’ve spent hours here studying recently and it’s a great environment, friendly and well designed. This feels much more like a friendly neighborhood coffee shop than a large chain. I’ve been to a lot of Starbucks locations but this is the first one that’s seemed worthy of a review.
I really appreciated the morning crew, I started off in a bad mood but after being greeted kindly by Abi and the rest of the staff it really brightened my mood for work. Keep up the great service.
