This is my go to Subway in Carpentersville, always friendly and service is so fast. Love their sandwiches. Very clean store as well. Keep up the good work.
I was a bit thirsty, so I decided to buy a soda. I mixed half water and half pomegranate, added a lot of ice, and thought I'd finish it and then refill it. To my surprise, when I tried to refill the soda, the lady told me I had to pay $1 for the refill. I had never been charged for refilling a soda at other Subways, but oh well, this is the last time I buy something at this place. Sometimes we'd go to Walmart hungry and say, "Let's eat at Subway." I think not anymore. The lady told me that the owner doesn't like it when people refill their sodas, so that's one less customer for this Subway.

Without question, the rudest and apathetic owner I have ever run into in the restaurant business. Why do people who are just miserable get into hospitality businesses. I will never patronize that location again.
Terrible sandwich and s- i got 2 cucumbers of a 6 inch and 4 on foot long with bits and pieces of other veggies like 2 leaves of spinach, two tomatoes. The guy at the counter Vinod was annoyed that i asked for garlic sauce. Bare hygiene - I saw flies on the sandwich counter as well.

This place is terrible…Person at counter is rude and disrespectful. He made a remark about next time ask for everything on your sandwich, which we did not if he was paying attention.

This subway is getting worse, they don’t add enough of anything, I got myself tuna sandwich and not even one scoop on the bread , I was in shock and definitely so sad, the price is now too expensive for what it is.
