I ordered 2 sandwiches and they barely put any meat or veggies in it. It looked like a slim Jim from JJ. For $12 a sandwiche I would expect more. Never again

Guy looked pissed off that I was there. Didn’t make sandwich how every other subway I’ve been to does, very light on the meat. Cookie was most disappointing. I will never go again and warn anyone that’s thinking of going.

Mr. B. Is very kind and very welcoming! I came here for the first time and when I came back for my second time Ever, he remembered my order like I was already a regular, I’ve now been here about 5 times and have enjoyed my meal each time, I just walk up and he knows exactly what I’m gonna order 😄

This is my go to Subway in Carpentersville, always friendly and service is so fast. Love their sandwiches. Very clean store as well. Keep up the good work.
I was a bit thirsty, so I decided to buy a soda. I mixed half water and half pomegranate, added a lot of ice, and thought I'd finish it and then refill it. To my surprise, when I tried to refill the soda, the lady told me I had to pay $1 for the refill. I had never been charged for refilling a soda at other Subways, but oh well, this is the last time I buy something at this place. Sometimes we'd go to Walmart hungry and say, "Let's eat at Subway." I think not anymore. The lady told me that the owner doesn't like it when people refill their sodas, so that's one less customer for this Subway.

Terrible sandwich and s- i got 2 cucumbers of a 6 inch and 4 on foot long with bits and pieces of other veggies like 2 leaves of spinach, two tomatoes. The guy at the counter Vinod was annoyed that i asked for garlic sauce. Bare hygiene - I saw flies on the sandwich counter as well.
