I went Sunday to get food like at 9:30pm and I asked food of beef, and I was told there was no beef, only steak and chickens. And they gave me steak instead of beef, and that’s not the first time it has happens, it’s the third time it has happened, and they always tell me there’s no beef. And the manager was very rude,not polite at all. Very bad services at night, those type of people shouldn’t be allowed to work at all, especially the manager, the manager name was Kelly.

Extreme ripoff. The price is over 50% more than the exact meal at two other Taco Bells that I go to. That's right. A $6 lunch costs almost $10 here. That is not acceptable. Additionally, the taste is super sub-par. I don't know what's going on with this location, but I do know that I won't ever be going here again!
Worst customer I have experienced in a while. As soon as pulled up there was no greeting and all I heard was what do you need. When I told I I placed an online order guy didn’t even ask my name and just said pull up, when I said do you need my name he just yelled pull up. Once I got to the window he said what do you need. I said again I placed an online order and now he asked me my name three times. Again no parting greeting, he had no uniform and the worst attitude.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Only 2 employees working. One taking orders, the other one prepping. Takes FOREVER to get your order because they keep taking more orders online. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION. GO TO THE ONE BY OLD SPRING HILL MALL INSTEAD! They need to shut down this location or hire more people.

I place online order. App wasn’t showing it was ready so I still went to pick up. When I got there only 1 person is running the entire store. Yes I waited a while for my food but I was ok w that because for 1 person to do it all is too much.

The food here is delicious, but the service is a bit terrible, especially when you order to go, something is always missing from the order. Also when they eat inside in the kitchen I know they are always busy but when you ask for your order quickly one of them gets upset we all have bad days but we have to be generous But the truth is it's good to eat there
