I walked out of this place when I seen the most disgusted thing ever in food service by the manager with the pink hair . He had an employee in there working you could tell this young lady was sick and coughing and sneezing all over the food line . She was in tears and if I can tell she was sick I'm sure he could too . He ignored her and made her work it was wen she stepped outside he went out to yell at her and tell her not to come back at all . All because she was sick .I work on food service as a manager myself per cdc guidelines and our policies any employees that are visibly sick with flu like symptoms should not be working . This is DISGUSTING and I hope she files a complaint against him

Waited 30 minutes in drive threw don't go there
Go literally anywhere else!!! this place will be full staffed and still have you waiting hours in the drive-through line for seven dollar box. And on top of that your order is only correct 50% of the time this place is ran by a bunch of slow Employees stay far away. Go the the Dundee location for better quality food and service.

Ordered through the Taco Bell app for drive thru. Half of our order was wrong. Because we ordered through app was told nothing could be done to fix issue or refund

I want to file a complaint because while I was receiving my order, the guy who seemed to be in charge started arguing with an employee who was leaving at his scheduled time. This happened with the doors open, right in front of my customers. It’s a shame that he doesn’t know how to handle the situation. This happened on Saturday, November 1st, at around 1:15 AM

I ordered online and had it delivered through DoorDash. Well my food never showed up almost an hour later, dasher never answered me. I went up to the local restaurant and they didn’t have to remake the food for me, but the manager who just took over this location decided to do it for me. Appreciate you!

I went Sunday to get food like at 9:30pm and I asked food of beef, and I was told there was no beef, only steak and chickens. And they gave me steak instead of beef, and that’s not the first time it has happens, it’s the third time it has happened, and they always tell me there’s no beef. And the manager was very rude,not polite at all. Very bad services at night, those type of people shouldn’t be allowed to work at all, especially the manager, the manager name was Kelly.
