if i could put 0 stars i would. they took over an hour just for three tacos this is beyond ridiculous i think this place should shut down at this point because clearly the workers are incompetent

Came in like normal ordered my food, three loco Doritos combo. Received my food in a timely fashion, now normally I never have issues here but today was different. When I received my order literally every taco was falling apart like they put it in the sleeve and then crushed it because every single one broke apart. Then and this one is the main reason I'm writing this review, I went to use the bathroom to relieve myself. Go in do my business only to find that there is literally no toilet paper and the rest room doesn't have a paper towel dispenser its a blow dry machine. I have my phone so I call the restaurant , I hear the phone ringing they pick up and explain hey I'm in the bathroom (it's a 1 person bathroom) and there is no toilet paper, no response I get hung up on. I hear someone come to the bathroom I yell out yes I'm in here thinking it's an employee but as I sit there and wait nothing. So I call again and explain this IS NOT a prank I'm really in the bathroom with out TP they put me on hold, I hear someone check the bathroom which I yell out again, then someone else picks up the phone and I then AGAIN explained I'm in the bathroom with no toilet paper this is my second time calling they finally bring me a roll. I understand they probably get prank calls a lot but who calls to say hey Im in your restaurant and don't have toilet paper. Further more it is a one person bathroom so they couldve checked rather easily. The food was one thing like whatever it's taco bell, but the fact I was on their toilet for a bit of time in a vulnerable position is another. I will be following up with the manger in the morning. Bathrooms have to be checked regularly so idk why or how this even happened

Last two times our order was missing items. Food was cold and tasted just old. With the price increase I’d expect better attention to detail and food quality. Found a string in my taco pictured below. Manager Jessy seemed like it wasn’t really a priority. Disappointing for sure.

Rude rude rude! Luis (Louis?) didn't even even make eye contact with me while handing my credit card to me or my food. When I mentioned it to him (so I didn't need to post it here) he gave me excuses and told me he got it...as if to dismiss me.

There is a cashier that is the ultimate cashier there. His name is Luis, most of the time he is the one I get. He is polite and very efficient during the transaction. I wish all the other cashiers were half as good as he is!

My food was perfectly fine, but they need to seal their bag/boxes/drinks correctly for delivery. My box was not sealed in the slightest and there wasn't even something over the straw hole for the drink. Im glad I had a good dasher and everything seemed fine, but it did worry me when I got it.
I went to pick up an order for Uber at 12 am, an hour before they closed. Horrible service, I tried telling them I came to pick up 2 orders for Uber, but the lady who was working the window said I would have to go back around again. I waited 30 minutes just for them to hand me a small bag and a drink. Very unnecessary and the staff can be arrogant.
