Drive thru service is always quick and consistent. I've never had an order messed up, even with customizations.Shout out to Omar who works the window during weekday lunch. Bro recognizes my car in the drive thru and has my mobile order pulled up before I even get to the speaker. Never seen him upset or mad at a customer before, even during the rush.
Front lady didnt ask me If I need any Help, ignore me completely, non of the 3 ladies greet me or ask If I need anything, they just put my order on the table and I knew it was my order because it had the name on it, Customer service Needa to Improve.

I was going through the drive through and I ordered a crunchwrap with substitute beef with refried beans and then when I get my crunchwrap and bit into it, I see beef inside and I'm Hindu and being vegetarian is in our religion, so in one single bite Taco Bell made me break my religion. Good job Taco Bell, how do you feel now because of your workers clumsiness
