I had a DoorDash delivery and waited 45 minutes. I won't do it again. Drivers, get out of this place.

The food here is really good I’m really not trying to sound unpatient but they took 20 mins for my food no rush tho! Over all really good but I recommend to order ahead.

Just like all the other fast food around it’s just kids that could care less about doing their job. Don’t waste your time or money here. Don’t follow directions on orders and close early when they feel like it. They refused to make an order that was placed on uber eats 10 minutes before they close but order went thru. They shut the lights off while I’m in the store and told me they aren’t making the order. I work at a restaurant and when a pick up comes in 10 minutes before closing, online order or not, it still gets made. Unprofessional and seems to be zero management as they will be blasting music in the kitchen while customers eat in dining area.
Arrived to pickup my uber eats order at 11:58pm. Staff had already locked the door and the 3 of them ignored me when I knocked. I'm sure they never made the order even though it was placed and accepted during their business hours. If the owner and management don't want to accept later uber/doordash orders then they should turn off delivery orders at an earlier time. Instead they wasted customer and drivers time and gas.

I get that tenders come from chickens that vary in size. but you can't charge the same amount for a chicken nugget you sell as a tender! Seeing all the commercials (and other peoples' orders, thank you internet) the tenders given to me were ridiculously small in comparison. I get that that's what gets delivered to you, but then throw an extra one in or mixed it as one bigger one and one smaller one...
Also, seasoning all around for the nuggets called tenders would be great too...
Order was ready on time though! Had to wait a couple of minutes for pick up since the one front person was one the phone, the next was on break at one of the tables and the guy at the fryers ignored me.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in. My phone order was ready to go and was thanked for order. Chicken was great tasting and seasoned perfectly. Loved the fries!!

I went to pick up an order and the girl who works there treated me in a very contemptuous way, when I entered she looked at me in a contemptuous way and was not able to respond to my greeting, but when another customer came in a few minutes later, I treat her well, I smile at her and I treat her as a person should be treated, I don't know why she had to make me feel despised when serving me, I hope she can read this message so that she can reconsider when it comes to treating all customers, because we are all people and We deserve to be treated with the same courtesy and not treat some with contempt and others well. I'm not one to complain about restaurants but when there is a person who treats their customers in a contemptuous way I can't keep quiet.
