A VERY good down home cafe with excellent food and reasonable prices. They also have a great brkfst!!! Not many places like this around anymore. I Highly recommend this place, right along US route 45 in Carrier Mills,IL.
I love the biscuits an gravy. But was very upset this morning when I pulled up an they where closed on a Saturday morning. I have ate here many times on Saturdays. Guess I will no longer be eating my breakfast there as I work all week when they are open
Small, quiet place. Kinda feels like grandma's? Comfortable. Very nice help. Always polite, and talkative if you want to conversations. Very good food. I havent had anything that wasnt good yet? From breakfast, to the catfish dinner.?
