This place is so cute and the workers are usually friendly. There are some areas where they can improve though.
I placed an online order and when I went to pick it up, it wasn't ready because they never even saw the order.
Ok, it happens. However, my order was also wrong ( they corrected ) and our Tornadoes barely had any toppings. ( usually they are loaded)
All in all, decent place for food and ice cream. The matter to detail and consistency can be improved.

We went to the dairy bar tonight for dinner 9/29/24 and while inside waiting on our food neither employees were wearing gloves. They both were making our food with bare hands. It was quite disgusting and I ended up not even eating the food I bought.

Been coming here my whole life. The CA burgers were the BEST!! In the past few months they've greatly declined. Please, please go back to the original recipe including the fineness of the burger meat. The sauce is off and the meat is clumpy :-(

Don't do banana split like it's spouse to be just threw the banana in there and didn't hardly put toppings on it at all paid to have all cherries barley got any cherry or juice on my ice cream

Well it took over an hour to get my food. I was handed my ice cream in 92° weather and had to wait another 12 - 15 min before I got my food. Sorry but I like to eat my ice cream after my.food not have to eat it because the weather was melting it while I waited. I got my burgers and they tasted terrible. But the CBR quesadilla was awesome. They are ok on prices. And I arrived 10 mins after the time they said the call in order would be ready and I waited a good 15 to 20 Mins on top of that for it to get done.
