Morning shift is kind of pokey, it's better to make your breakfast than hurry up and play the I can't hear you game in the drive thru. Sorry guys if it's worth doing, do it the right way or head over to Burger ? Thing and tell ur boss u'll be late, no coffee over there either in Cary. (#headshaker)

Wait time seemed quite long, especially since I was the only customer there. I paid extra for cheese, but my chicken sandwich had no cheese. Then, to top it all off, the little punk asks, "Does this thing do sick burnouts, bruh?"... which I found to be unprofessional.

This Burger King‘s food is always terrible I have tried this one three times in the last five years and every time is terrible. Food is either cold or sitting underneath a heat lamp so long it’s dry and gross!!

Staff always outside . Always want cash . Never have Shakes. This is over 10 visits over several months. Not work your time . and only bring cash. Asked when the shake machine would if ever be working again. They just laughed.

I went to this location last night and ordered a whopper with cheese, when I revived my food they told me they were only accepting cash. I paid for my food and when I got home o opened up to find the complete wrong sandwich. It’s obvious with the unprofessional behavior of the people in the drive thru and then goofing around instead of making sure the right food is in the bag. When I called to see if they could possibly make it right o was hung up on almost like they didn’t want to deal with it. All the employees at this location need to be re trained and if there was a manager on duty they need to have better experience.
