I’ll tell you this I will never order from Domino’s especially the Cary’s Domino’s ever again! For one they butcher your pizza. Look how they delivered this pizza. It shows they do not care about their service or customers. They don’t allow you to place orders online with cash payments even for pickup from old accounts with many orders which makes me someone who gets paid in cash difficult to work with and to top it off they use a call center in the Philippines to place an order for a pizza down the road. They are absolutely ridiculous of a company and I will promise I will never order Domino’s ever again. The manager at this place should be fired immediately

I have been ordering a pizza a week for the last 20 years. Today the manager would not accept my $100 bill for my order. I even asked if he could put the credit on my account for next time. He would not. I went home hungry and decided to go to the local Rosatis. MUCH better pizza and even better customer service than whoever was working tonight. 9/1/2025 at 7pm whoever the manager was needs to be demoted and take a few courses in hospitality. Absolutely awful experience.

I have an address that sometimes doesn't show on Google maps. After the first driver couldn't find me, the store called and said they were remaking my order so it would be fresh, and they got the proper directions. My food arrived about 15 minutes later. Hot, fresh and very tasty. Thank you Dominos in Cary for the great service.

I try Domino's about once every 10 years because I forgot how bad it is. It tastes like a typical NY pizza. It sure isn't a wonderful Chicago thin crust.

I've always loved dominos, but ordering from this place made a terrible impression on me. In the application it was written that the waiting time for delivery was 19-29 minutes, I waited an hour and did not receive anything. Even after the message that the driver is delivering your pizza, 45 minutes have passed and I have not received anything. I want to emphasize that this is a problem of this institution and the people who worked there. Waiting for pizza for an hour and a half is terrible and unrealistic. I do not recommend to anyone!!
