one of the slowest drive throughs ive been in. i spent nearly 30 minutes in a line of cars waiting for my order. line moved maybe one car every 5-ish minutes it was awful there was no reason for it to be that slow especially when my coffee was bitter and stale and my sandwich was burnt.

Went through the drive thru for an iced coffee and i forgot to ask for oatmilk (that's my b) when i got to the window i asked the kid to switch it to oatmilk and apologized and then i watched the kid grab the iced coffee with dairy and directly hand it to me. i then repeated "oh no could i have oatmilk" the guy then said "oh no i promise it's oatmilk" it was not but i also didn't feel like arguing with a 17 year old on the 4th of July . The kid was being stubborn so i drove to CL to have it remade when i got back in the car to go home i realized they forgot my doughnut so i drove BACK to Cary to get it and i walk in the cafe this time and the lil ginger girl making drinks is arguing with a couple that just wanted cream and sugar in their coffee. I did end up finally getting my order fixed but I worked at starbucks for 5 years and have never witnessed such laziness and bratty-ness from coffee shop workers.

For being both understaffed and run by teenagers I would say that it’s not as bad as these reviews make it out to be. All the staff is really friendly and are willing to help/fix mistakes when made. Most of the time it is two kids working a lunch rush alone but they always seem to get the job done it just might take an extra minute or two. Can’t complain too much when it’s only fast food!! ?♀️
Worst experience ever asked for a butter pecan coffee with extra cream and sugar and they did not make it right when I called nicely to try to figure out why on earth my food was cold and my coffee was not made right the girl hung up on me . I wasn’t rude at all just wanted my coffee made right . And my food not to be cold as well as they are out of doughnuts ! Ridiculous and horrible service every time I go there the girls in there are rude. I would give this place a negative 100 stars if I could horrible service and the owner should know !

More expensive than the Crystal Lake location, property management doesn't plow the lot & super small inside. Don't recommend this location.
Wheelchair accessibility: Not so much, the property isn't plowed in the winter, I only got through due to owning a 4x4.
