one of the slowest drive throughs ive been in. i spent nearly 30 minutes in a line of cars waiting for my order. line moved maybe one car every 5-ish minutes it was awful there was no reason for it to be that slow especially when my coffee was bitter and stale and my sandwich was burnt.

Went through the drive thru for an iced coffee and i forgot to ask for oatmilk (that's my b) when i got to the window i asked the kid to switch it to oatmilk and apologized and then i watched the kid grab the iced coffee with dairy and directly hand it to me. i then repeated "oh no could i have oatmilk" the guy then said "oh no i promise it's oatmilk" it was not but i also didn't feel like arguing with a 17 year old on the 4th of July . The kid was being stubborn so i drove to CL to have it remade when i got back in the car to go home i realized they forgot my doughnut so i drove BACK to Cary to get it and i walk in the cafe this time and the lil ginger girl making drinks is arguing with a couple that just wanted cream and sugar in their coffee. I did end up finally getting my order fixed but I worked at starbucks for 5 years and have never witnessed such laziness and bratty-ness from coffee shop workers.

For being both understaffed and run by teenagers I would say that it’s not as bad as these reviews make it out to be. All the staff is really friendly and are willing to help/fix mistakes when made. Most of the time it is two kids working a lunch rush alone but they always seem to get the job done it just might take an extra minute or two. Can’t complain too much when it’s only fast food!! ?♀️

Worst experience ever asked for a butter pecan coffee with extra cream and sugar and they did not make it right when I called nicely to try to figure out why on earth my food was cold and my coffee was not made right the girl hung up on me . I wasn’t rude at all just wanted my coffee made right . And my food not to be cold as well as they are out of doughnuts ! Ridiculous and horrible service every time I go there the girls in there are rude. I would give this place a negative 100 stars if I could horrible service and the owner should know !
More expensive than the Crystal Lake location, property management doesn't plow the lot & super small inside. Don't recommend this location.
Wheelchair accessibility: Not so much, the property isn't plowed in the winter, I only got through due to owning a 4x4.

I went to a Dunkin' donuts in Cary Illinois on Monday December 18th It was around 2:00 or 2:30 I drove up to the drive-thru and nobody answered or asked me what I wanted to order it took several minutes...I finally drove around to the window and the young guy that was there was talking to his friends He finally came over to the window asked me what I wanted I told him and when he gave it to me it was not at all when I asked for so I drove around again and when I went to the window and asked him if he could please add a little more cream He gave me a terrible attitude and terrible look on his face The customer service was awful and this kid needs to be reprimanded for what he did very dissatisfied with a Dunkin' donuts and Cary Illinois

Forget coming here if you have anywhere to be. I pulled into line with a mobile pick up at 1:58pm and didnt drive away until 2:22pm!!! It's like this everytime. And the worst thing is I was stuck around the corner for most of that time so I couldn't even see what was the hold up.
