I went to a Dunkin' donuts in Cary Illinois on Monday December 18th It was around 2:00 or 2:30 I drove up to the drive-thru and nobody answered or asked me what I wanted to order it took several minutes...I finally drove around to the window and the young guy that was there was talking to his friends He finally came over to the window asked me what I wanted I told him and when he gave it to me it was not at all when I asked for so I drove around again and when I went to the window and asked him if he could please add a little more cream He gave me a terrible attitude and terrible look on his face The customer service was awful and this kid needs to be reprimanded for what he did very dissatisfied with a Dunkin' donuts and Cary Illinois

Forget coming here if you have anywhere to be. I pulled into line with a mobile pick up at 1:58pm and didnt drive away until 2:22pm!!! It's like this everytime. And the worst thing is I was stuck around the corner for most of that time so I couldn't even see what was the hold up.

Been getting bacon egg and cheese wake up wraps since 2015. Never in my life have I seen a Dunkin forget to add the egg into all FOUR of the wraps I ordered. Tortilla, cheese, bacon, and egg. 4 ingredients. Absolutely

Has the most friendliest staff! Perfect place to start and brighten up you day! I had a real rough morning. It was one bad News after another. I stopped at Dunkin' for my iced coffee and Hailey's bright, kind smile lifted my spirits for the rest of the day! I highly recommend this Dunkin donuts by far!! ??

Teenagers there don’t pay attention at all, too busy talking with each other. Told the girl at the drive thru that I wanted to change the medium to large which she said that’s totally okay. We got to the window and it was a medium, let her know and instead of making a new coffee she put the medium in the large cup and filled it up with ice so it would look like a large, I watched her do it while she tried to hide the fact she was doing that. Awesome

They have not had their act together since we've moved in the area 3 years ago.Worst and actually dangerous thing we've seen them do is use the same spoon to stir all coffee regardless of cream/cashew milk/who knows. People with allergies DO NOT go here.This weekend was the third time in a row they have completely botched the order which we did ahead in the app. The drinks were wrong and they forgot food. We're done with this location. Dunkin corporate needs to come in and clean house.

I stopped in on 7/13 around 6:30 before work. There were only two staff running the entire store — drive-thru and multiple in-store customers. They did a FANTASTIC job! Both employees were friendly, helpful and efficient despite the large rush of customers. I was really impressed, it can’t be easy!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Absolutely the worst fuckin service. I waited 20 mins while the workers did nothing but stand around and a lady in front of me got her food first because one of the staff members wasn't doing anything and asked her. I went in at 8:30am in the morning and everyone looked like absolute shit. The Donuts looked like they had been sitting there since the day before. Whoever is managing first shift there needs to get fuckin fired along with all the lazy staff.
