We went for breakfast and learned that Eggville now charges 2.99% to use a credit card at the restaurant. I get that they pay processing fees, etc. BUT nowhere was this prominently displayed! There should be a sign on the front door and it should also be displayed on the menu. Most people don't carry a lot of cash and can't always just use their debit card, so if you've already eaten and gone to pay for your meal, and can't use either of the aforementioned payment options, then you will get hit at the cash register with a 2.99% to use your credit card. In my opinion, this is a bait and switch - NOT TO MENTION - it was posted on the top of the cash register with a little tiny business card type sign. I just "caught" it as I was getting ready to swipe my credit card. Love the food and the service was great, but let your customers before they order the "New" policy! May have to find a new place for breakfast.

There was rats behind the cash register while we were eating that were VISIBLY noticeable. It was disgusting because it almost ran across our feet!! The management there was even worse and the owner does not seem to care about the quality of this restaurant

Nothing worse then eating breakfast and seeing a mouse running between tables and then watch crew pulling bench apart while we see this going on across from our table. Was time for us to leave. We paid our bill but I because of the situation we should not have. We won't be back!

Food: ?? The food was absolutely delicious! I had the pleasure of trying their breakfast menu, which included perfectly cooked eggs, crispy bacon, flavorful sausages, and delightful hash browns. The highlight was definitely the Nutella strawberry crepe – a sweet treat that was both beautiful and tasty.
Service: ????? The servers were absolutely amazing. From the moment we walked in, they were attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. Their warm hospitality truly enhanced the dining experience.
Atmosphere: ???? Eggville Cafe has a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The decor is charming, and the ambiance is perfect for a relaxing meal. The only reason I’m giving it four stars instead of five is because I believe there’s always room for a little improvement.
I highly recommend Eggville Cafe for anyone looking for a fantastic meal with outstanding service.

The place is overpriced, food is disappointing and one of the waitresses is so rude that I’m not sure why she still works there. She threw straws on the table when we asked for them, she doesn’t check in, clear plates, and is mean and seems beyond inconvenienced if asked for anything . It’s uncomfortable and patronizing. Plus they add on a service charge (3 or 4 percent!!!!) if you don’t use cash or debit card, basically putting more money in the owners pocket as if their overpriced food isn’t enough! It’s plain greedy and wrong to do to a community who supports local businesses!
