Jimmy Johns Crystal Lake....very disappointed today ...first time ordering on line...not so freaky fast...took 35 minutes to receive a sandwich with barely any meat...tax and delivery over $15...I understand thinks are more expensive...but WTH...and my lemonade was actually water...the person dispensing the drinks...didn't realize the syrup was empty....was it yellow????

first I'll say the food was fine no complaints about it. Employees however.. 2 girls 2 guys working and 2 guys where proofing dough while one decides to go to the register and set raw dough down on the counter and check or text on his phone. picked at his shirt and picked up the raw dough. wrapped it in plastic and tossed it like a football to the other guy. then he starts tossing it in a bin like he is playing basketball. I am certain that will be cooked later for all to eat...read full review
