I visited the Cary Jimmy John’s on Thursday, August 7th, 2025. This was my fourth visit to the Cary JJ’s following my last visit in July but I have always loved this chain of food. My sandwich was really good and it was easy picking it up after work where I just got to enjoy myself and nothing better than JJ’s to do so. I recently joined Freaky Fresh rewards and it is so worth it! The staff were friendly, respectful but soft spoken and good at their job. I am sure I will be back soon! (Written 8-15-25)

I’m very disappointed with the service I had today. I ordered a simple sandwich on the mobile app for delivery and it took over and hour to get to my house…. The store is literally 10 minutes away and I needed to get some important stuff done around the house and though that I would save myself some time and order online. I’m not ordering again from the store

As with every Jimmy Johns I've been to, the staff is always friendly and service oriented. I get the #5 Vito every time and it's the same at every different Jimmy Johns I go to. They do not crimp on the ingredients!
Hello everybody this is the 5th time when I order the Beach Club sandwich and they give me 3 slices of turkey come on guy !!! You can’t even taste the turkey.. so disappointed of this location… You guys scamming people trying make more money.. but guess what you and losing the costumers!!! That’s the last time I’m ordering anything from You Guys !!!

I ordered food on the app. Said app didn't tell me that this location was closed on a Saturday night. I placed my order, and now that I've checked online, I am unable to receive my food. I am NOT happy! I want a refund! This was HORRIBLE! I'll never be shopping here again. I do expect to hear back from this place with my refund! This was NOT FREAKY FAST!
