I always eat here wen I travel to Chicago for business. The service is great and the food is even better. You can taste how fresh the food is, very high quality. The owner is also a great guy. Highly recommend!

Reluctantly tried this place after reading the reviews. Waited about 5 minutes to be greeted by someone at the cash register, despite us being the only ones in the restaurant. Ordered to-go, they gave it to us āfor here.ā Waited for them to pack it up to goā¦got home and discovered items missing that we paid extra to upgrade. Tried calling several timesā¦no one answered. Needless to say, we wonāt be back.

Weāve tried multiple times over the past few years and, every time, we say never again. Itās just not good. They have good ice cream and shakes, but that is it, and weāve tried many different things.
This is one of a few times when I wanted to give the service a 10. When youāre greeted by such a fantastic and smiling cashier, Kaley, who is also the general manager then you know itās going to be great!
The gyros were fantastic. The fries were some of the best Iāve had in a long timeā¦so fresh! They mistakenly gave my wife regular fries when she wanted sweet potato fries, and switched it out without any complaining and big smiles!
If you havenāt tried out this place, you should!

My family and I were faithful customers of kojaks, We didn't mind spending $30.00 to $50.00 until yesterday we decided not to return to Kojaks restaurant. I noticed when I was entering Kojaks the Hindu lady was giving me a dirty look even my daughter noticed it.I thought it was our imagination but it was confirmed when she took my order with such a bad attitude. She made me feel like I was bothering her. no need have a person who hates Mexicans. to take our order she might spit in our food. Ar the time I was waiting for my order she glanced at my daughter and I with a bad attitude. At least the lady with the spider tattoo was quite pleasant and a great attitude. The food was not as good, my Italian beef a pinch of mozzarella cheese that slide on the paper the middle was still dry. The Greek 1/2 chicken was dryer and the salad was brown with white parts of lettuce. I shouldn't mention the rest of the order. Regardless we decided not to return to a restaurant that has an angry worker for unknown reasons. Other restaurants are near me with better attitude and will be happy to accept my hard earned money. I wish the best of luck to Kojaks.

Family has eaten at Kojaks for years. It was always really good with great size portions at good price. The past few months have been quite a decline in food quality & service. Ordered a philly sandwich & it was primarily bun. Minimal meat that was a bit tough. The shake machine has been "broken" for months. Definitely eat there much less often then we used to.
