I'm not sure if maybe ownership changed but WOW food and quality has gone WAY down hill. Fries were cold and floppy right out of the kitchen, cheese was cold, hot dog bun was stale, got the order wrong on hotdog asked for plain and got everything on it. Customer service is not even close to friendly anymore. I'd go to the other establishments in the area. Gyro was the only ok part and even that was not hot.

It was mid. I went with my mom my dad and my brother. Me and my brother had a stomach ache afterwards. I got a cheeseburger and the patty was burnt, tasted chared and same with our chicken. My mom got rice and it had no flavor and on top of that her salad had 1 tomato on it. My brother and dad went up to order so i did not talk to anyone directly but our food took a while. The table was sticky and smelled like cigarettes. Probably wont go againKid-friendliness: I clicked smth random

Here I am again... first, it was cold in here. I sat with my coat on the entire time! Now, let's talk about food! This was our 1st time here..I ordered an Italian beef with fries..hubby ordered the combo..Beef and sausage with fried mushrooms. I would have given 5 starts if the food had been hot. The taste was very good.. but it was not hot..just warm. We received our food right away! So it should have been HOT.. service was good..they were friendly and again the food came out right away. We will come back again. Since we enjoyed the flavor of the food.. hoping the next time the food is hot. Considering the service and fast delivery of the food.. the presentation of it was good.. flavor was there too.. On a side note.. the hard rock music was definitely a turn off for me.. it wasn't a constant hard rock..

We’ve been going to Kodak’s for over twenty years. We will not be going back. The fries were under cooked, the hot dog was cold, the Greek salad with the pita was lettuce ribs, two pieces of feta and one shriveled olive. Terrible!

Heard great reviews about this place, but was served a dry beef sandwich and shorted on Tzatziki (was charged for extra but never received it). I ordered an Italian beef dipped/ very juicy but the bun was dry as well.
We have loved Kojack's for years. We are gyro snobs (yeah our pain...). Anywho, the last couple of gyros we have ordered are sliced super thin. It's not the same. It tastes like the gyro meat from grocery stores. I am not sure why it has changed. Maybe some folks like the meat sliced thin, but it least make it optional. Thin don't win. Love you guys anyway!

Super inflated prices I can go anywhere and get a hotdog by itself à la cart for four dollars or less here they’re charging over five dollars almost 6 just for the hotdog and then to make it a combo you add $5 for a medium drink and a small fry just doesn’t seem worth it I understand they have to pay for their labor and other costs that have gone up but maybe don’t have four people working upfront when there’s zero customers or take some of the gambling money that they make to help offset the inflation that they’re seeing for the food that they purchase… seems very greedy that I paid $16 For a gyro sandwich, fries and a drink and the sandwich was probably one of the smallest ones I’ve ever hadInterior needs help walking to the bathroom. Bunch of food carriers fell on top of me and blocked the hallway.For having no customers 4 staff upfront doing nothing and two cooking in the back cooking two orders, you would’ve expected to have had drink options, but both of the lemonade containers were completely empty pib extra had no syrup sweet tea was dry and everything was messy.Food did taste decent tho
