My absolutely favorite deep dish pizza. Ordered veggie with extra topping. Amazing fresh ingredients. Love them all. Excellent quick service by the staff. I followed the instructions to pop it in the oven. Used stone to crisp up the crust a bit more.If you sign up to their mobile app and spend $20 or more you get a medium pizza with any topping for free within two weeks and the notice will be on their app. Best offer we ever seen. We also got gift certificates from Costco which was discounted. So it's a win across the board for their new customers and having them loyal for years to come.

Our pizza delivery was never received. There was an issue with delivery. We called and spoke to the manager, awesome service. He had us come in the next day gave us our original order plus a heart pizza for free and refunded our money. Definitely love that they went above and beyond to make things right. We will definitely be back soon.

It's Saturday night. Used the app to order pizza, wings and salad. Only pizza was delivered. And because Malnati's outsourced tonight's delivery to DoorDash, the driver could not help me. The app has no way to solve delivery issues, so the only option was to call the Cary location. Wouldn't have been a problem, but Cary clearly doesn't answer their phones when they are busy. After multiple attempts trying to dial in and speak to someone, their phones system automatically hangs up on you after waiting about 20 minutes. Had to get in the car and drive over to Cary to pick up my cold food, an hour after it was expected for delivery. Totally ridiculous!

You had one job to do...Do you have to beg to get your order right? I paid for a salad that was suppose to have gorgonzola cheese on it. Where was it? And the pizza did a request removal of sauce. I have never had a a drier pizza. Oh and the parmesan cheese and hot pepper packets is that sitting with my gorgonzola cheese? I think you think you have no competition in the pizza world well you do and Giordano's and it was them or you and i made the wrong mistake. That's on me. This establishment is over rated and worthless as this isn't the first time I've gotten horrible service. Thought i would give them another chance. My bad!!!!! . This survey asks what dishes I recommend... My response is anyone other than this place. even Papa Johns would be better

I ordered 2 pizzas online. When I picked them up, someone came out from the back to explain one of the pizzas was kept under the light too long and the top looked like it was burned, but he indicated it really wasn’t. He offered to make a new pizza, but I live over 45 minutes away and didn’t have time to wait. He offered to comp me for the pizza, which seemed fair. I was given an actual receipt which had a google reference number on it. In addition to the original amount charged, my card showed two Google transactions for $1 each. After 5 days I called my bank and was told there was NO credit from Lou’s. The 2 google had charges fallen off. I never received the “comp”, so I’m not sure what happened. My bank suggested that I cancel my card (which I did) and they sent me a new one. I’m not sure what happened but we live and learn.
Picked up a sausage pizza for dinner. The service was prompt, helpful and friendly. Of course the deep dish pizza was delicious . We have plenty for a second meal and know it will heat up well and be delicious again.

Been a while since we last had a LM pizza, having so many frozen pizza options. Decided to try fresh cooked for pick-up in Cary. Asked for well-done butter crust and followed their tip to put it in the oven for 10 minutes at 400F. Turned out beautifully!

Go to this location if you want to be scammed out of money. And under no circumstance use Door Dash for your order. An order was placed and then canceled immediately due to it being wrong item. New order placed and sent. They refunded 7 dollars for a 39 dollar order that was canceled. I tried to dispute and they denied stating they refunded 7 dollar. Scam!!!!!

This is classic chicago deep dish pizza. I usually get it to go or purchase a partially cooked pie to finish at home. Many locations are for pickup only. But the few times I've eaten at one of the dine in locations I've found the service to be quick and efficient. The atmosphere is typical pizza parlor.
